It's been 3 years since I lost access to the VA benefits portal (va.com) because "the government" put Ai in charge of identity verification (using ID.me).
ID.me uses one's phone number & email address for identity verification.
Changing either one is fine, but if you lose access to both the "registered" phone number AND email address, then there isn't a programmer at ID.me who can finger the "right" keys to override the ai God's command of the system.
Even after contacting the White House…no luck. "ID.me (ai) is a private corporation and the gov't has no power over it."
We are already subjects of the ai monarchy.
