The White House on Thursday ordered all Americans residing or traveling in Russia to depart immediately.

Russia arrested an American Wall Street Journal reporter on espionage charges.

“The Wall Street Journal vehemently denies the allegations from the FSB and seeks the immediate release of our trusted and dedicated reporter, Evan Gershkovich,” the Wall Street Journal said. “We stand in solidarity with Evan and his family.”

Evan Gershkovich was reportedly dragged out of a restaurant in the city of Yekaterinburg and shoved into a car with his sweater over his head.

Gershkovich is facing up to 20 years in prison.

The State Department on Thursday ordered all Americans residing or traveling in Russia to leave immediately.

“The targeting of American citizens by the Russian government is unacceptable. We condemn the detention of Mr. Gershkovich in the strongest terms,” the White House said.

Kremlin comments on WSJ correspondent arrest

Russia’s FSB caught Evan Gershkovich “red-handed,” Putin’s spokesman has claimed

Wall Street Journal (WSJ) correspondent Evan Gershkovich was caught “red-handed” trying to obtain Russian state secrets, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has claimed. The journalist was detained by the Federal Security Service (FSB) in the city of Ekaterinburg on Thursday.

Speaking to journalists via conference call, Peskov was asked to comment on the arrest of the American citizen and whether Russia will cooperate with US security services on the issue. The spokesperson stated that he does not know the full details of the case and that the matter remains in the hands of the FSB.

However, Peskov claimed that as far as he was aware, Gershkovich had been caught in the act of trying to collect intelligence about a defense facility, in violation of Russian laws on state secrets. The correspondent, who covers news from Russia, Ukraine, and the former USSR, could face between 10 and 20 years in prison if charged with espionage.

Although Gershkovich had obtained the necessary journalistic credentials from the Foreign Ministry to work in Russia, the FSB alleges that he “acted in the interest of the US government” when he was caught during “an attempt to receive” classified intelligence.

Asked if the incident could provoke a response from US authorities regarding Russian journalists working in America, Peskov said that Moscow hopes no such retaliation will follow because “we are not talking about allegations here. He was caught in the act.”

The WSJ has reacted to the incident by stating that it is “deeply concerned for the safety of Mr Gershkovich.”

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov has said that the issue of potentially exchanging the WSJ journalist in a swap deal has not been raised.

Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has claimed that whatever Gershkovich was doing when he was detained by the FSB, it had “nothing to do with journalism.” She argued that the status of correspondent had previously been used as cover by other Western nationals attempting to obtain classified Russian intelligence.

The donors all appear to be over 70 years-old which is why they were classified as unemployed. It also appears as if their identities may have been stolen and used to launder money to Democrat candidates.

French energy giant sued for ‘war crimes complicity’ – AFP

TotalEnergies is reportedly accused of helping produce fuel for Russian warplanes

Two associations have filed a complaint against French oil and gas major TotalEnergies, accusing the firm of “war crimes complicity” in Ukraine, AFP reported on Thursday, citing sources familiar with the case.

According to the news agency, the complainants are the France-based Darwin Climax Coalition and the Ukrainian group Razom We Stand, who accuse the energy major of holding a stake in a firm which operates a Russian natural gas field, supplying products that are eventually refined into jet fuel. They claim the fuel is used by Russian warplanes in Ukraine.

“By continuing to exploit a deposit” producing gas condensate which is then transformed into fuel, TotalEnergies “contributed to supplying the Russian government with the means necessary for the commission of war crimes,” the complaint reportedly says.

TotalEnergies has rejected the claims, calling them outrageous and defamatory. “These accusations against our Company, which conducts its operations in strict compliance with European Union policy and applicable European sanctions measures, are particularly serious and unfounded in the light of the explanations we have provided,” the company stated.

Last October, the two associations filed a similar complaint, which was closed with no further action after an “exhaustive legal and factual analysis of all the elements submitted by the complainants and, at its own initiative, TotalEnergies,” according to French anti-terrorism prosecutors.

Lawyers for the associations said they plan to contest the decision, and accused the prosecutors of bowing to political pressure.

Minnesota Town Evacuated After Train Carrying Ethanol Derails, Bursts Into Flames

A freight train carrying ethanol derailed earlier this morning, prompting the evacuation of residents from a small town near Minneapolis, reported Fox News.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railway said 22 cars derailed around 0100 local time near Raymond in Kandiyohi County. Of the derailed cars, some were hauling ethanol and corn syrup liquid that caught on fire.

As a result of the incident, the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office evacuated the nearby town. Here's what they said:

"Fire departments from Raymond and numerous area departments responded as several of the derailed tankers started on fire and were determined to be carrying a form of ethanol and others with a corn syrup liquid.

"An evacuation area of ½ mile was established around the crash site and law enforcement officers and other EMS assisted with that evacuation.

"Residents were instructed to leave their homes and an emergency collection site for those with nowhere to go was established at the Central Minnesota Christian School building in nearby Prinsburg, Minnesota."

Footage of the incident published on social media shows flames shooting from the tankers carrying ethanol – an eerie sight considering the East Palestine train disaster is still fresh in everyone's mind.

This incident occurred just hours after a Canadian National Railway Company train derailed near Pittsburgh on Wednesday and only days following a 70-car train carrying hazardous materials derailed in North Dakota on Sunday.

Disney Pulled Fast One On DeSantis, Used 'Royal Lives' Clause To Preserve Power

Weeks before Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) announced a new hand-picked board to take over Disney's long-held special taxing district in Orlando, the company enacted a new rule which stipulates that any changes to the district must be made to benefit Walt Disney World.

The agreement gives Disney development rights throughout the district, and "not just on Disney's property," and gives the company veto authority over any public project in the district.

On Wednesday, the board said it's considering legal action over the agreement, which was reached between the entertainment giant and the outgoing board days before DeSantis signed February legislation to end Disney's self-governing status and establish a state-controlled district controlled by a five-member board appointed by the governor.

The Feb. 8 document, first reported by the Orlando Sentinel, grants Disney “prior review and comment” over any changes made to properties in the district, formerly known as the Reedy Creek Improvement District and now known as the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District.

That document also states that the declaration shall be enforceable "in perpetuity" or, if that is deemed unenforceable, "until 21 years after the death of the last surviving descendants of King Charles III, King of England.” -NBC News

According to the BBC, the "royal lives" clause used in the agreement date back to the 17th century but are rarely used.

"I can’t think of a more naked attempt to circumvent the will of the voters and the will of the Florida Legislature," said newly appointed board member Brian Aungst Jr. "That is offensive to me."

"This essentially makes Disney the government," said borad member Ron Peri during Wednesday's meeting.

According to the chairman of the new board, Martin Garcia, challenging the document would likely result in "protracted litigation," which could go all the way to the US Supreme Court. The board has hired two outside law firms to explore legal options.

A DeSantis rep said that his office was aware of Disney's "last-ditch efforts" to give itself "new rights and authorities" in advance of the changes in the special district.

Largest egg producer in US sees 718% profit growth, but just 1% increase in eggs sold

The largest egg producer in the United States, Cal-Maine Foods, more than doubled its revenue in the last quarter, while increasing profits by more than seven times, despite selling only 1% more eggs.

CNN reports the company, which controls approximately 20% of the egg market, sold just a single percentage point more of eggs in the quarter ending on February 25, 2023, with an overall revenue increase of 109% to $997.5 million.

However, profits increased to $323.2 million from just $39.5 million the year before.

Investors.com explains the discrepancy in figures, first by noting that the third-quarter profits were projected to increase by 575%, but surpassed even those giant gains by bringing in 717%, increasing stock prices by over $6.62 per share.

Cal-Maine Foods increased its price for conventional eggs by 152% in the same quarter, up to $3.68 per dozen. Comparatively, the average selling price for specialty eggs was $2.62 per dozen, an increase of 70 cents per dozen since Q3 2022, when the prices were approximately $1.92.

This means that the egg producer priced its conventional eggs more than a dollar higher than the average specialty egg, with the company stating that to be "atypical historically."

Sherman Miller, the company's CEO, reportedly told investors that the earnings spike is due to increased average selling prices of conventional eggs, along with high customer demand.

"Elevated market pricing continues, primarily due to the impact of the ongoing epidemic of highly pathogenic avian influenza," Sherman reportedly said in a news release.

The CEO also claimed that the avian flu has caused increased costs and supply chain problems, but it was also reported that there have been no bird flu outbreaks at any of the production facilities owned or contracted by Cal-Maine Foods.

Share prices have settled slightly since; however, the average price per share has increased by at least $20 in the last two years. For example, shares were $34.91 in May 2021, compared to $57.96 in March 2023.

France Buys 65,000 Tons Of LNG From China In First Ever Yuan-Denominated Trade

China has just completed its first trade of liquefied natural gas (LNG) settled in yuan, the Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange said on Tuesday. As OilPrice notes, the Chinese state oil and gas giant CNOOC and TotalEnergies completed the first LNG trade on the exchange with settlement in the Chinese currency, the exchange said in a statement carried by Reuters.

The trade involved around 65,000 tons of LNG imported from the United Arab Emirates (because China will never admit that it is re-exporting Russian LNG even though it now does it all the time) the Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange added.

The French supermajor, one of the world’s top LNG traders, confirmed to Reuters that the trade involved LNG imported from the UAE, but declined to comment further on the deal.

Rupert Murdoch called Trump’s Jan. 6 actions ‘pretty much a crime,’ court doc says

Rupert Murdoch’s disdain for former President Donald Trump’s actions after the 2020 election came out again in evidence presented in the $1.6 billion defamation suit against Fox News.

“Trump insisting on the election being stolen and convincing 25% of Americans was a huge disservice to the country,” Murdoch wrote to Fox News Media Chief Executive Suzanne Scott, according to recently unredacted evidence. “Pretty much a crime. Inevitable it blew up on Jan. 6th.”

Murdoch, the executive chairman of Fox Corp., also acknowledged in his deposition testimony given late last year that he told Scott to stop putting Trump on the network.

That ban has since ended as Trump, who is leading in most polls for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, gave a lengthy interview to Fox News host Sean Hannity that is running in multiple parts this week.

Murdoch’s comments surfaced in a slide deck of points by Dominion Voting Systems that were made public this week in its lawsuit against Fox. The presentation included a number of statements and communications by executives at Fox News and its parent company that were previously redacted.

Dominion, a maker of voting machines, claims Fox News deliberately ran Trump’s false allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 election to placate its viewers, who were fleeing the network in anger over how it called the state of Arizona for then-candidate Joe Biden.

Guests on Fox News made false claims about Dominion’s ownership and said its machines manipulated votes to favor Biden. Fox News has maintained that the allegations were newsworthy and that its reporting is protected by the First Amendment.

“These documents once again demonstrate Dominion’s continued reliance on cherry-picked quotes without context to generate headlines in order to distract from the facts of this case,” a Fox News representative said in a statement.

Evidence and depositions filed in the case — expected to go to trial in mid-April — have revealed deep misgivings among executives, producers and hosts about Trump’s assertions, while expressing concerns that denouncing them completely would turn off its audience.

The evidence revealed in the slide deck also included documentation from the “brain room” — a research unit within Fox News — that alerted executives and producers that there was no evidence of voter fraud. The unit made clear that claims made by Trump’s lawyers about Dominion’s machines flipping votes from Trump to Biden were false.

Trump’s camp said Dominion deleted 2.7 million Trump votes nationwide and switched Trump votes to Biden votes in several key states.

“Election officials from both political parties have stated publicly that the election went well and international observers confirmed there were no irregularities,” according to one memo from the research group.

Republicans react after learning Hunter Biden associate frequented White House: 'Will be under strict review'

Chairman Comer says, 'This is more evidence showing the Biden family enterprise centered around Joe Biden’s political career'

House Republicans say a new Fox News Digital report revealing that Hunter Biden's former business partner frequented the White House more than a dozen times when President Biden was vice president presents further evidence against the Biden family and the investigation into whether they sold White House access to foreign adversaries.

Fox News Digital reported this week that Hunter's former business partner, John Robinson "Rob" Walker, appeared to have visited the Obama White House at least 16 times during Joe's vice presidency. This is the same Rob Walker whom Republicans say paid out more than $1 million to Hunter, James Biden and Hallie Biden with alleged funds connected to a Chinese Communist Party-tied company.

"It’s no surprise that another Biden family associate frequently visited the Obama-Biden White House," Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, told Fox News Digital. "We already know that another associate visited the White House almost 30 times when Joe Biden was Vice President. This is more evidence showing the Biden family enterprise centered around Joe Biden’s political career. Americans deserve answers about the Biden family’s business schemes, and we will keep pressing for transparency and accountability."

The office of Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, said the committee would be working closely with Comer to investigate any possible Chinese influence in President Biden's political career.

"Chairman McCaul takes the Foreign Affairs Committee’s duty to conduct oversight into Chinese interference with U.S. officials and affairs seriously," McCaul's office said. "He looks forward to collaborating with Chairman Comer and learning more about payments from Chinese state-owned energy company HK Limited to Robinson Walker, LLC. and then to various Biden family members."

Comer said he obtained records after subpoenaing Bank of America that revealed the three Biden family members received lucrative payments from a bank account belonging to Walker, who worked with Hunter, James, their business associates James Gilliar and Tony Bobulinksi in a failed joint-venture called Sinohawk Holdings, which was meant to be a partnership with now-bankrupt energy firm CEFC, a CCP-linked company.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., said Walker's financial records would be under "strict review" as a result of the findings.

"We are investigating whether Rob Walker is among the cutouts and passthroughs used by the Biden family and the Chinese Communist Party to facilitate bribes," Gaetz told Fox News Digital. "Mr. Walker's financial records will be under strict review, and we are evaluating the depth and breadth of Rob Walker's influence network."

“60 Minutes Australia” posted a teaser for a Sunday segment about parents raising “theybies,” and it’s garnering a big reaction online.

The program’s official Twitter account restricted commenting on the post, which they shared Wednesday, but plenty of outraged people were retweeting the clip and providing their reactions anyway.

The video caption says, “Meet the ‘theybies’. Not baby boys, not baby girls. SUNDAY on #60Mins, the new parenting trend letting young children choose their own gender.” In the accompanying clip, multiple parents can be heard defending their decision to ignore their baby’s sex and raise them with “they/them” pronouns, which the show dubbed “gender creative parenting.”

One parent said in the clip, “We didn’t assign a gender at birth. … We’re not trying to eliminate gender, we’re just really helping kids find their own path to it.”

“I’m letting this little person be who they want to be,” another interviewee from the preview said.

Twitter users reacted strongly to the tweet, which as of Thursday morning had more than 7.1 million views.

“Meet the parents who think their ‘theybies’ are gender-neutral playthings, to abuse & confuse, no doubt leaving them mentally ill for life. Obviously, the replies have been switched off …,” U.K.-based journalist Martin Daubney wrote.

“This is what a cult looks like,” another person observed.

“Munchausen syndrome by proxy is a mental illness and a form of child abuse,” a third commenter noted. “The caretaker of a child, either makes up fake symptoms or causes real symptoms to make it look like the child is sick.”

“This is a form of child abuse,” Lila Rose wrote. “Parents relentlessly denying basic reality to a young, impressionable child, which can lead to extreme lifelong confusion and social trauma.”

Raising gender-neutral babies, dubbed “theybies,” has been a parenting “trend” since 2018, as The Daily Wire previously reported. These parents often can’t maintain the gender-free existence they’re pursuing once the child begins attending school or interacting with people in other social settings.

“Once your child meets the outer world, which may be day care, or preschool, or grandparents — it’s pretty much impossible to maintain a gender-free state,” a professor told NBC of the trend. “And depending on how conventional your community is, you could be setting your child up for bullying or exclusion.”

Yellen says Trump administration ‘decimated’ financial oversight

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said Thursday that the capacity of the U.S. government to respond to and prop up failing financial markets was “decimated” by cutbacks enacted during the Trump administration.

Her remarks come in the wake of state interventions to save depositors at failed banks Signature and Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), which catered to a niche clientele of wealthy business people in the cryptocurrency and venture capital sectors.

Depositors were reimbursed for the banks’ losses well above the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) $250,000 standard limit into the billions of dollars.

“When the President and I took office in January 2021, we inherited a financial stability apparatus at Treasury that had been decimated,” Yellen said at a meeting of the National Association for Business Economics.

“For example, I walked in to find an FSOC [Financial Stability Oversight Council] team that was less than one third of the size it was five years prior. In 2016, FSOC’s policy, analysis, and operations teams were fully staffed. By 2021, the analysis team had been eliminated,” she said.

“If you are a Christian in the Middle East, there’s only one place where you are safe,” asserted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking to Christian Zionists in Rio de Janeiro in December 2018. “There’s only one place where the Christian community is growing, thriving, prospering. Netanyahu’s claim is a central element of the image Israeli officials put forward about the country when speaking to Western audiences.

Ahead of Christmas last year, Israel’s official Twitter account posted a video of the Foreign Ministry’s Digital Diplomacy chief David Saranga on a “magical Christmas stroll” through Jerusalem’s Old City.

The picture of safe coexistence painted by Israeli officials is starkly at odds with the experiences Jerusalem’s Christian leaders themselves describe. While they readily acknowledge that there is no organized or governmental effort against them, Christian clergy in the Old City tell of a deteriorating atmosphere of harassment, apathy from authorities, and a growing fear that incidents of spitting and vandalism could turn into something far darker.

And with Netanyahu already under scrutiny from Western allies over policies toward the Palestinians and attempts at sweeping judicial reform, deteriorating safety for Christians — or at least Church leaders disseminating that narrative — could become another serious diplomatic problem for Israel’s embattled government.

Israeli settlers call for animal sacrifices at Al-Aqsa compound during Jewish passover

An extremist Israeli group associated with the Temple Mount Movement called for followers to carry out animal sacrifices at the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound next week.

An Israeli settler group has called on supporters to bring live animals to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound next week and slaughter them for sacrifice on the occasion of Passover.

The extremist Temple Mount movement asked followers on Tuesday evening to gather at the entrance to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on the eve of the Jewish Passover holiday, which takes place on 5 April.

Supporters were told to bring animals for sacrificial slaughter inside the Al-Aqsa compound, the third-holiest site in Islam and an area where non-Muslim prayers and rituals are forbidden by long-standing agreement.

Sheikh Omar Al Kiswani, director of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, told Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, The New Arab's Arabic-language sister edition, that the announcement was "very dangerous".

He vowed that the mosque authorities would stop settlers from going ahead with the sacrifices.

"This is what we are telling the occupation, and we demand that it rein in its extremist settlers," he said.

Political analyst Rasem Obeidat warned that these sacrifices would lead to an "explosion" in tensions at the gate of the Al-Aqsa compound.

"In the event that they enact their threats with support from their extremist government, matters might explode across all the Palestinian territories, like the Saif Al-Quds ("the Sword of Jerusalem") battle which took place in May 2021 - in fact it could be on an even wider scale which could lead to a regional war," said Obeidat, who was referring to a 10-day conflict between Hamas and Israel in 2021 which was provoked by Israeli police attacks on worshippers at Al-Aqda.

Scores of Israeli settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the early hours of Wednesday morning, in what has become a regular occurrence at the holy Islamic site.

They often enter with heavy police protection to provoke Muslim worshippers and perform rituals at the compound, which is under the custodianship of Jordan.

It comes amid an increase in violence in occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank following the establishment of a far-right government in Israel. At least 90 Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in 2023 alone.

Judicial Watch Victory: Colorado Agrees to Settle Lawsuit over Ineligible Voters; Agrees to Extensive Reporting and Review of Voter Roll Clean Up Efforts

Judicial Watch announced today that Colorado’s secretary of state agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging that Colorado failed to remove ineligible voters from its rolls. As part of its settlement Colorado will report to Judicial Watch on its yearly progress in cleaning up its rolls for the next six years. Since Judicial Watch filed its lawsuit, Colorado voter roll removals increased by 78%, from 172,379 to 306,303 per reporting period.

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit in October 2020, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on behalf of itself and three residents of Colorado, alleging that the state had failed to clean its voter rolls as required by the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Griswold, et al.(No. 20-cv-02992)). In August 2021, the court ruled that Judicial Watch’s lawsuit could proceed. Judicial Watch was later joined in its lawsuit by the American Constitution Party of Colorado and the Libertarian Party of Colorado.

The lawsuit alleged that high registration rates and other voter roll metrics “indicate an ongoing, systemic problem with Colorado’s voter list maintenance efforts.” Judicial Watch sought a court order declaring that Colorado and its secretary of state violated the NVRA and ordering them to “develop and implement a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove the registrations of ineligible registrants from the voter rolls in Colorado.”

The number of outdated registrations removed by Colorado under a key NVRA provision increased after Judicial Watch filed suit, from 172,379 registrations for the reporting period ending in 2018 to 306,303 registrations for the period ending in 2022—an increase of 78%. The settlement agreement requires Colorado to provide Judicial Watch its most recent voter roll data for each Colorado county each year for six years. This data is to include:

The total number of registered and eligible voters, active voters, and inactive voters.

The total number of address confirmation notices sent to Colorado voters pursuant to the NVRA, the number received back confirming or changing an address, and the number that were undeliverable or not returned.

The total number of registrations addresses removed pursuant to key provisions of the NVRA.

“Coming on the heels of a massive voter roll clean up in Colorado thanks to our lawsuit, this settlement agreement is a major victory for all Colorado voters,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “Simply put: Cleaner voter rolls mean cleaner elections.”

Judicial Watch is a national leader in voting integrity and voting rights. In February Los Angeles County confirmed removal of 1,207,613 ineligible voters from its rolls since last year under the terms of a settlement agreement in a federal lawsuit that Judicial Watch filed in 2017.

Judicial Watch settled a federal election integrity lawsuit against New York City after the city removed 441,083 ineligible names from the voter rolls and promised to take reasonable steps going forward to clean its voter registration lists.

Kentucky also removed hundreds of thousands of old registrations after it entered into a consent decree to end another Judicial Watch lawsuit.

In February 2022, Judicial Watch settled a voter roll clean-up lawsuit against North Carolina and two of its counties after North Carolina removed over 430,000 inactive registrations from its voter rolls.

In March 2022, a Maryland court ruled in favor of Judicial Watch’s challenge to the Democratic state legislature’s “extreme” congressional gerrymander.

In May 2022, Judicial Watch sued Illinois on behalf of Congressman Mike Bost and two other registered Illinois voters to stop state election officials from extending Election Day for 14 days beyond the date established by federal law.

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham told Fox News' Jesse Waters on Wednesday he does not support the anti-Free Speech "RESTRICT Act" despite his being listed as a co-sponsor of the bill only to have his handlers come out later that night and say he actually does support the bill and will be happy to defend it.

Fox News host Jesse Watters grilled Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina about his co-sponsorship of the RESTRICT Act Wednesday, asking if the senator read the bill he co-sponsored.

“Did the United States Senate just say we are going to protect you from China by spying on you? Let’s try to get some answers out of Sen. Lindsey Graham who supports this and is here now,” Watters said just prior to Graham appearing on the show. “You have got to be kidding me, Senator. Did you read this?”

The White House announced it would support the Restricting the Emergence of Security Threats that Risk Information and Communications Technology (RESTRICT) Act, which targets technology from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, China and Venezuela on March 7, NBC News reported. The legislation does not explicitly name TikTok, but senators supporting the legislation have cited the national-security concerns surrounding the Chinese-owned app.

“I don’t think I support the RESTRICT Act,” Graham told Watters.

“You don’t support this?” Watters asked, “Because you were named as one of the supporters, ‘cause this is garbage.”

Graham co-sponsored the RESTRICT Act, S 686, on Monday, according to congress.gov, joining 20 other senators. Many conservatives criticized the legislation over the potential to be used against American citizens.

“Here’s the problem as I see it. China is the parent company of TikTok and my nieces like TikTok,” Graham said. “I don’t mind them using TikTok. I just don’t want the Chinese government to seize all their data and manipulate the information America sees for political purposes. China is helping drug cartels in Mexico. China is not a friend.”

“On Congress.gov you are listed as one of the co-sponsors,” Watters said. “Maybe it’s like Fetterman when your chief of staff does all your work for you.”

Democratic Sen. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania was admitted to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Feb. 15 to undergo inpatient treatment for depression. A top Fetterman aide told the New York Times that Fetterman’s continued campaigning for the Senate seat after a March 2022 stroke may have caused permanent damage, contradicting a letter released by Fetterman’s campaign last year.

More Mail-In Ballots Were Rejected Than Margin Of Victory In Nevada Senate Race

More ballots were rejected than the margin of victory in Nevada’s contested U.S. Senate race, a new report from the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) outlines.

According to data from Nevada’s Secretary of State: 95,556 ballots were sent to undeliverable addresses, 8,036 were rejected by election officials, and 1.2 million ballots were never returned to be counted.

To put the figures in perspective, Democratic incumbent Catherine Cortez Masto defeated Republican challenger Adam Laxalt by 7,928 votes — less than the 8,036 ballots rejected upon receipt by election officials.

To determine whether a ballot is authentic, Nevada processes them via signature verification. This means election officials compare signatures on file to those on return envelopes to determine whether ballots are accepted. Such a system has a lot of room for human error, however. This past midterm election season, for example, a Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist tricked election officials into accepting six ballots with his signature (this is why states like Minnesota and Florida also require the last four digits of a voter’s Social Security number on return envelopes so they’re not solely relying on signature verification to determine legitimacy).

Nevada is one of eight states that allow all elections to be conducted by mail. While the Silver State originally allowed a temporary expansion of vote-by-mail during the 2020 general election over coronavirus concerns, in 2021, then-Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak made it the permanent law of the land, requiring election officials to send out mail-in ballots to all of the state’s registered voters.

As such, Nevada is a warning sign to other states considering the switch to all-mail elections. With 1.2 million ballots still missing from the 2022 midterms with no chain of custody, it’s safe to say the public will never know how many ballots were discarded, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen from the proper recipient. PILF noted that Nevada even wasted more than $2 million on ballots that were sent to bad addresses or never returned.

“Mass-mail elections disenfranchise,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement. “Nevada can do a better job in reducing rejected ballots. Auto mass-mail will continue to waste money and disenfranchise voters until it is fixed.”

Billions of dollars have been invested into a completely failed and toxic pharmaceutical platform. When they talk about the "success" of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, they are talking about successfully fooling most of the population into taking a harmful, toxic product.

Before they can roll out new mRNA vaccines for influenza, RSV or CMV, which I believe they desperately want to roll out in 2023, they will need to either scare the population or rehabilitate the mRNA platform.
