This is very true. The US Constitution is built on ideals that are almost exclusively European. While there can be non-white patriotic Americans, they are few. Most non-whites don't have any respect for American ideals such as individual liberty, limited gov't, etc, and will continue to vote for bigger gov't poilcies. If the US becomes majority non-white, you can kiss the Constitution and a free society goodbye.
