No question. You would think, however, that even stupid people would realize the "Russians did it" excuse has lost credibility.
Odd, isn't it, that we, who generally want small government out of our lives/business, are the ones sitting on the sidelines waiting for the government to do save us, while the big gov proponents are the ones out on the streets and plastered all over the media.
