Anon started following MO AG Twitter after Eric Schmitt launched the case (along with Landry) against the government for censorship. Really important, imo. Again, the new AG seems to be continuing this positive legacy.
Anon is discovering a little wrinkle, though (actually maybe BIG). Rural v. City and Local v. State. Example: St. Louis had local vote to raise minimum wage or some such which anon considers a bad idea. However, the city was overruled on a state level which was considered a win. However, this can turn south quickly when locals lose the power to govern locally. Another example: In the rural areas CAFOs (which will probably use all the mRNA vaccines) are massive and generate the sewage of small cities. However, these would be costly to run if local ordinances regulated the unsanitary, noxious odor producing and polluting operations and demanded proper sewage treatment for example. NOW, when AG Bailey stands with those denying local control it is more obvious why this is a bad idea. Btw, small family farms would not have these issues!
Anyway, anon is interested in seeing continued prosecution of the case against the Federal government for censorship but NOT the stripping of local governance from local voters.
