Conroe, Tx - TRAFFIC STACKED UP AT GRAND OAKS AS PARENTS RUSH TO SCHOOL
The eastbound service road of The Grand Parkway at Grand Oaks High School is a virtual parking lot, as parents rush to collect their children in the wake of news a gun was brought onto campus.
Conroe ISD Police responded to the school, along with an explosives detecting K-9 Unit, after receiving anonymous reports of an armed student. They identified and removed a student with a Ruger .380 handgun.
