Arizona House Joins Senate in Passing Resolution to Ban Foreign Voting Machines and Require Source Code, Ballot Images, Chain of Custody Documents, and Log Files to Be Made Public

The Arizona House voted yesterday to pass Senate Concurrent Resolution 1037, setting official requirements for the use of electronic voting machines in the state and banning the use of some.

The resolution passed in the Arizona Senate on March 6 by a vote of 16-13.

On Thursday, March 30, The Arizona House joined the Senate and voted 31-27 in favor.

This resolution will bypass the Governor and go directly to the Secretary of State’s office. If the Secretary of State does not comply with this order, the Legislature can and likely will sue.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the Arizona Senate Elections Committee, chaired by State Senator Wendy Rogers, passed the amended resolution introduced by State Senator Anthony Kern.

State Senator Sonny Borrelli’s strike everything amendment set official requirements for the voting machines to ensure all levels of production occur in the United States, source code is made publicly available, and directing the Secretary of State to post ballot images, chain of custody documents, and log files on their website within 24 hours after polls close.

It states:

Page 1, strike everything after the resolving clause and insert:

“That no voting system or component or subcomponent of a voting system or component, including firmware software or hardware, assemblies and subassemblies with integrated circuits or on which any firmware or software operates, may be used or purchased as the primary method for casting, recording and tabulating ballots used in any election held in this state for federal office unless:

1. All components have been designed, manufactured, integrated and assembled in the United States from trusted suppliers, using trusted processes accredited by the Defense Microelectronics Activity as prescribed by the United States Department of Defense; and

2. The source code used in any computerized voting machine for federal elections is made available to the public; and

3. The ballot images and system log files from each tabulator are recorded on a secure write-once, read-many media with clear chain of custody and posted on the Secretary of State’s website free of charge to the public within twenty-four hours after the close of the polls; and

4. The legislature transmits this resolution to the secretary of state.”

Read the full resolution here.

The House Bill Summary states, “the Secretary of State is charged with appointing a committee to investigate and test the various types of vote tabulating machines. The committee submits its recommendations to the Secretary of State who will then decide the make or model to be certified for use in the state.”

Following its passage in the Elections Committee, Senator Wendy Rogers tweeted,

“Grandma of the Police Officers Association” in California Arrested for Importing Fentanyl From China and Other Countries

As the drug crisis in America rages on as opioids and fentanyl pour across our unsecured border from the Mexican drug cartels supplied by Chinese “pharmaceuticals,” an unsuspecting trafficker has emerged.

San Jose Police Officers Association police union executive Joanne Marian Segovia was arrested on Wednesday for attempting to import a synthetic opioid called Valeryl fentanyl. If convicted, she faces up to 20 years in federal prison.

Police union president Sean Pritchard told the New York Post that Segovia was like “the grandma of the POA…this is not the person we’ve known, the person who has worked with fallen officers’ families, organized fundraisers for officers’ kids…”

Segovia was allegedly importing packages of drugs from China, Canada, India and other countries and disguising them as common items such as makeup, chocolates, and food supplements. She has received at least 61 packages at her home from 2015 through 2023.

The complaint alleges that Segovia even used the POA’s UPS account to make one shipment to someone in North Carolina and continued to import drugs even after being questioned by federal agents in last month.

From the New York Post:

Joanne Marian Segovia, who has worked for the San Jose Police Officers Association since 2003, was charged on Wednesday with attempting to unlawfully import a synthetic opioid called Valeryl fentanyl.

She faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison if convicted, authorities said.

Police union president Sean Pritchard was shocked by the charges, telling NBC Bay Area, “She’s been the grandma of the POA.”

According to the 13-page complaint, the 64-year-old allegedly received at least 61 packages at her San Jose home from various countries — including China, Canada and India — between October 2015 and January 2023.

On Wednesday, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas acknowledged that fentanyl is the “single greatest challenge we face as a country” to a Senate panel. Based on the Mockingbird Media though, and the “insurrection” that took place yesterday in Tennessee’s Capitol, you’d assume it was gun violence, specifically those killed by “assault weapons”.

But the data tells a different story: according to gunviolencearchive.org, 2022 saw 20,200 deaths from gun violence. For the purpose of their data, they separate gun violence from suicides, which are consistently higher than deaths from malice or by accident.

Fentanyl deaths alone are responsible for over three times the number of deaths of people maliciously using firearms. And yet, rather than secure our borders with a $5B border wall to stymie the drugs (and human trafficking) from pouring over, we sent $110B to Ukraine and insist on banning assault weapons…again.

The Elites are bailing out their own banks, not yours

The systemic banking and financial crisis I’ve been warning about for years has arrived. (In fact, the report I put out in January seems to be playing out in spades).

The printing of 37 trillion dollars out of thin air over the pandemic widened the wealth inequality gap – and they followed that up with the most drastic and rapid interest rate hiking cycle in Fed history.

What did they think was going to happen?

Now the banks are failing – Silicon Valley Bank went from passing its KPMG audit with flying colours and getting their debt rated “A” by Moody’s mere weeks ago, to the executives frantically paying themselves bonuses and selling their shares in the hours and days before the bank failed and was taken over by the FDIC.

98% of the deposits in SVB were uninsured, meaning that those deposits wouldn’t shouldn’t have been covered by FDIC insurance. That means any accounts with balances above $250K were facing the loss of their funds.

But this is Silicon Valley Bank – this is where the elites place their bets on Silicon Valley unicorns. So we can’t have that.

In a hastily convened meeting between the FDIC, the Fed and the US Treasury, it was decided that all deposits would be covered, insured or not.

Crisis averted, right?

Wrong. It turns out that only SVB and Signature banks would be covered; if any other banks fail, like your bank, your community co-op in your hometown or state, or any other bank in flyover America far away from the Coastal elites – if they get into trouble (because people are moving their money into “protected” banks), then that’s not covered.

That’s tough titties for you.

https://www.zerohedge.com/sponsored-post/elites-are-bailing-out-their-own-banks-not-yoursc

Here it is folks - from the mouth of the US Treasury Secretary herself:

Silicon Valley (mostly profitless unicorns incubated with printed money) are anointed and protected.

But your community bank can go fuck itself, and so can you.

Eat cake pleb.

Japan bans exports of kids’ toys to Russia

The restrictions are intended to prevent “the strengthening of Russia’s industrial base”

Japan has introduced new restrictions against Russia on Friday, adding children’s toys to a new list of goods subject to an export ban.

Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has revised its trade restrictions on “goods that contribute to the strengthening of Russia’s industrial base,” according to an official statement issued on Friday.

The updated list includes goods such as steel, aluminum, construction machinery, electrical equipment, radio equipment for navigation, aircraft, and spacecraft. The list also features goods for children, such as toys, scale models, puzzles and items on wheels (bicycles and prams).

“In the more-than-200-year history of sanctions, there have never been bans on the supply of goods for children,” Andrey Suzdaltsev from the Faculty of World Economy and World Politics at the Higher School of Economics wrote on his Telegram channel. “Apparently, Japan has declared war on the children of Russia,” he added.

According to a report by independent news network BNN, the “inclusion of toys in the export ban, especially the popular Pokemon franchise… highlights Japan’s intent to exert pressure on Russia through various avenues, including targeting consumer goods that hold both cultural and economic significance.”

The embargo will come into force on April 7.

Tokyo’s latest ban is an expansion of restrictions imposed earlier this year, which covered items that can be used for military purposes, dual-use goods, certain commodities, and semiconductors.

Since the start of Moscow’s military operation in Ukraine, Japan has imposed sanctions on the Russian leadership, banks and companies, and stripped Russia of its most-favored-nation status in trade. Tokyo has blacklisted over 50 enterprises and more than 900 individuals. The Japanese authorities have also frozen the assets of Russian banks and the assets of nearly 40 companies and organizations.

Moscow responded by including Japan on its list of so-called “unfriendly” countries, and banned dozens of Japanese politicians and media representatives from visiting Russia. Among other measures, Russia ended an arrangement dating back to 1991 that allowed Japanese citizens to visit the Kuril Islands without a visa, and has broken off talks with Japan on formally ending the Second World War, citing Tokyo’s “openly unfriendly” conduct. The two states never formally concluded a peace treaty after WWII, due to a dispute over the four southernmost islands in the Kuril chain, which Japan calls its “Northern Territories.”

Israeli Airstrikes Hit Damascus For Second Night In A Row

The incident marks the fifth time Israel bombed Syria in March

Israeli airstrikes targeted the Syrian capital of Damascus early Friday morning for the second day in a row, marking the fifth time in March that Israel bombed Syria.

Syria’s state news agency SANA reported that Syrian air defenses “intercepted hostile targets” in the airspace of Damascus. There was no mention of any casualties or damage caused by the strikes.

Less than 24 hours earlier, SANA reported that two Syrian soldiers were wounded in Israeli strikes on the Syrian capital. Israeli officials haven’t commented on either strike, as Israeli typically does not take credit for individual airstrikes in Syria.

The intensified Israeli airstrikes in Syria come as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is facing a political crisis at home. After massive protests and dissent within the Israeli government, Netanyahu delayed his controversial judicial overhaul, but unrest in the country continues.

Earlier this month, Israeli airstrikes targeted the airport in the Syrian city of Aleppo, which was devastated by the massive earthquake that hit northwest Syria and Turkey on February 6. The strikes temporarily shut down the airport, cutting off a vital channel for earthquake aid.

Israel claims its operations in Syria target Iran and Iranian weapons shipments, but the airstrikes often kill Syrians and damage civilian infrastructure.

Talk of peacekeepers in Ukraine ‘extremely dangerous’ – Kremlin

Moscow has raised concerns over Hungarian PM’s claims that EU is set to discuss sending ‘some kind of force’ to Ukraine

A discussion about a possible deployment of Western peacekeepers in Ukraine is potentially a very dangerous idea, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has warned, in response to comments made by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Friday.

“If we are talking about some kind of serious negotiations, then this is a potentially extremely dangerous discussion. In world practice, such forces, as a rule, are used only with the consent of both parties. In this case, it is potentially a very dangerous topic,” Peskov told journalists.

His statement comes after Orban revealed that EU leaders are close to holding a “legitimate” discussion on whether or not member states can or should send “some kind of peacekeeping force” to Ukraine, despite a probable rebuke from Russia.

The Hungarian leader warned that the Ukrainian conflict is only getting bloodier and more brutal, and questioned why EU leaders are not focused on trying to achieve peace through diplomatic means rather than the provision of more deadly tools to Kiev and the fueling of hostilities.

“If this continues, the danger of a world war is not a literary exaggeration,” the prime minister said.

Since Russia launched its military operation in Ukraine last year, Budapest has consistently opposed sanctions on Russian energy resources and has refused to send military aid to Kiev’s forces, citing the need to maintain and to equip Hungary’s own army.

Meanwhile, Russian MP Alexey Chepa has suggested that if the EU does decide to send a peacekeeping force to Ukraine, it would certainly be interpreted as a direct involvement in the conflict and an attempt to provoke a Russia-NATO war.

Chepa stated that in this case Russia could be forced to seek help from its Collective Security Treaty Organization partners, which include Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Pelosi Excoriated for ‘Backwards’ Claim That Trump Must ‘Prove Innocence’

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was eviscerated on social media after claiming Thursday that former President Donald Trump has a “right” to “prove innocence” following news that a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict him.

Pelosi, a former House speaker, appeared to have flipped a central principle of the U.S. justice system by stating that those who have been accused of crimes have “the right to a trial to prove innocence” and that Trump, too, has “that right.”

“The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law,” Pelosi wrote on Twitter. “No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right.”

The California Democrat was immediately hit with a barrage of criticism about her statement, including from numerous prominent politicians and figures.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), whose extensive work as an attorney included arguing cases before the Supreme Court, called Pelosi’s comment “backwards” and said she had made a “mockery of our justice system”:

Senior British ‘Conservative’ Politician Dumps on ‘Lawbreaker’ Trump Supporters After Indictment

A senior member of Britain’s governing Conservative Party has dumped on Donald Trump supporters in the wake of his indictment, calling their “blind love” of the former president “frustrating”.

Alicia Kearns MP, who chairs the Foreign Affairs Select Committee of the House of Commons, appeared on TalkTV, a creature of Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp which counts Piers Morgan as its major star, to discuss the then-breaking news of Donald Trump’s indictment, using the opportunity to trash not just the former president but also his supporters.

“[T]he frustrating thing is it doesn’t seem to matter what President Trump does, somehow his backers have this blind love, affection, support for him, that almost they celebrate his lawbreaking,” complained the woke politician, glossing over the fact that, as yet, Trump is yet to be convicted.

In a classic example of the “balance” which is supposedly a legal requirement in British broadcasting, Kearns was joined for the segment by the Lord Austin of Dudley, a former Labour Party government minister now sitting as a life peer, who added that “any sort of reasonable person or decent person would sort of hide themselves away in shame” if they had done “the sorts of things [Trump] has done”.

Kearns then chimed back in to say “we should be worried about this; we shouldn’t be in a situation where voters are celebrating the fact they want to back someone because they too are a lawbreaker; we shouldn’t be looking up to people in public service and public life and going: ‘do you know what, he breaks the law and so do I, so I’m gonna vote for him'” — appearing to caricature Trump’s supporter base as some vast criminal fraternity.

Biden says transgender people 'shape our nation's soul' in official proclamation

President Biden declared March 31, 2023, to be Transgender Day of Visibility

President Biden issued an official proclamation declaring that transgender Americans "shape our nation's soul" and established a holiday relating to the group this week.

Biden issued the proclamation Thursday to mark March 31, 2023, as the Transgender Day of Visibility, a day some transgender activists have renamed to "day of vengeance."

"Transgender Americans shape our Nation's soul – proudly serving in the military, curing deadly diseases, holding elected office, running thriving businesses, fighting for justice, raising families, and much more," Biden wrote in the Thursday morning proclamation.

"Today, too many transgender Americans are still denied…rights and freedoms," the president's statement continued. "A wave of discriminatory state laws is targeting transgender youth, terrifying families and hurting kids who are not hurting anyone. An epidemic of violence against transgender women and girls, in particular women and girls of color, has taken lives far too soon."

Biden's statement went on to tout what he outlined as his administration's efforts in supporting the American transgender community. The president also pointed to his decision to allow transgender people to serve in the military once again, as well as his efforts to include what he described as "gender markers" on U.S. passports.

Several states, including West Virginia and most recently Kentucky, have joined together with nine other states in banning or restricting transgender surgeries and other care for minors — something Biden and his administration have attacked as being discriminatory and cruel.

Milley Says the US Should Attack Iran’s IRGC Quds Force

Direct US attacks on the Quds Force could spark a full-blown war with Iran

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley told Congress on Wednesday that the US should be targeting Iran’s Quds Force, a branch of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), following a drone attack in Syria that killed a US contractor.

“We do know that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard [Corps], and specifically their Quds Force … that group there is what we need to be targeting, and targeting them very harshly over time, and that’s exactly what we plan on doing,” Milley said, according to Al-Monitor.

The Pentagon said the drone that hit a US base in Syria last week was of “Iranian origin” but provided no evidence for the claim. President Biden ordered airstrikes against facilities the Pentagon said were used by groups affiliated with the IRGC, referring to Shia militias that operate in Syria.

According to Iranian media, Tehran denies that the US targeted facilities aligned with Iran and says the airstrikes hit a “rural development center and a grain center.” The Pentagon later claimed the strikes targeted “two IRGC-Quds Force targets” and estimated at least eight militants were killed in the airstrikes, but said they weren’t Iranian. Other unconfirmed reports put the death toll at 19.

If the US starts targeting Iran’s Quds Force directly, as Milley is suggesting, it could spark a full-blown war with Iran. The US and Iran were brought to the brink of conflict in January 2020 when the Trump administration launched a drone strike that killed Iranian Gen. Qasem Soleimani, who was the commander of the Quds Force at the time.

The US occupation of eastern Syria always risks sparking a wider war as US bases frequently come under attack. According to the Pentagon, since January 2021, there have been about 80 attacks on US troops in Syria.

The Pentagon claims all of these attacks were “Iran-backed” but never provides evidence for the assertion. Many of the Shia militias operate independently of Tehran, and other groups in Syria would have an interest in attacking US forces, including ISIS, which is an enemy of both the US and Iran and would benefit from stoking a conflict between them.

Soros distances himself from Manhattan DA Bragg after Trump indictment

Soros said he's never met or donated to Bragg's campaign, but he did largely back a group who did

Liberal billionaire George Soros has distanced himself from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg after former President Donald Trump's indictment, saying he's never met Bragg and didn't donate to his campaign.

"As for Alvin Bragg, as a matter of fact I did not contribute to his campaign and I don't know him," Soros told Semafor. "I think some on the right would rather focus on far-fetched conspiracy theories than on the serious charges against the former president."

Soros' comments came after President Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called Bragg "Soros-backed," which has been echoed by many other Republicans. Soros has supported dozens of district attorney candidates across the country in recent years. Last summer, he penned a Wall Street Journal op-ed explaining why he puts his money behind "reform-minded" prosecutors.

While Soros did not donate directly to Bragg's campaign, in May 2021, he gave $1 million to the Color of Change PAC, which, shortly after receiving the donation, spent hundreds of thousands of dollars backing Bragg's candidacy.

Federal Election Commission records show that Soros' donation was the largest the Color of Change PAC received throughout the 2022 election cycle and ultimately made up roughly 25 percent of the $3.9 million the group hauled in.

The financier's district attorney operation usually involves his longtime treasurer, Whitney Tymas, establishing political action committees in states where he targets the races. Once set up, he injects money into the PACs, which tend to spend at least hundreds of thousands of dollars backing his preferred candidates.

Meanwhile, Soros' family members did directly back Bragg's campaign. Soros' son, Jonathan Soros, and Jonathan's wife, Jennifer Allan Soros, donated directly to Bragg's committee, Fox News Digital previously reported.

Canada Advances Plan to Euthanize Children Without Parental Consent

The liberal Canadian government is advancing plans to update the country’s “assisted suicide” laws to allow authorities to euthanize children without the need for parental consent.

Assisted suicide and euthanasia have become rapidly accepted in Canada.

The government has continued to lift restrictions on its Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD) program.

Initially, it was introduced to give people who were terminally ill an option to prevent then from dying a slow painful death.

Over time, however, the laws have become more relaxed.

Canadians can now apply for euthanasia for a variety of reasons, including minor illnesses or being too poor or homeless.

But there are still efforts to expand it even further.

A new government report on MAiD was recently presented to Parliament.

The report urges the inclusion of minors in the eligibility for physician-assisted death — without parental consent.

The Special Joint Committee on Medical Assistance in Dying presented its latest report last week, which included a recommendation that minors be able to request MAiD.

‘I Spoke With President Trump’: Gaetz Drops Big Update After Call With Trump

Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz delivered a big update late on Thursday night after he had a phone call with former President Donald Trump.

During an interview on Fox News, Gaetz and host Laura Ingraham spoke about Trump being indicted by a Manhattan grand jury. The case involves Trump’s alleged role in hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election, allegedly to keep Daniels quiet about an affair the two of them had in 2006.

“Remember Soros gave Alvin Bragg a million dollars. We’re used to seeing these things. Government printing money till it goes out of style in third world countries and that’s being visited in the United States of America. I spoke with President Trump moments ago and he’s resolute and concerned about what this does to America’s brand around the world,” Gaetz said.

“We will wake up in a very different America because we can no longer have moral authority against the dictators who would always find it easier to jail their political rivals than to compete against them in free and fair elections. I remember my Democrat colleagues about Comey making derogatory comments about Clinton before the election. This must ring a thousand times louder to them. I believe there are federal equities at play that the United States Congress is about to evaluate,” Gaetz added.

“We don’t want to resolve differences through violence but the Chinese communist party can pay every grifter but Donald Trump can’t pay Stormy Daniels without a legal dispute. There’s a legal element that’s not met by any evidence. They would have to prove that Donald Trump would have no reason other than the election to try to resolve this issue with Stormy Daniels privately and outside of the public sphere. I think a motion to dismiss will happen next. If this were ever to be tried, you could not do it in Manhattan. You would see a change of venue in upstate New York. Maybe it’s the only place Donald Trump could get a fair trial. I expect this will be resolved well before that by any court that looks at the way that the law is being tortured in the absence of any charge that would be maintainable against any human being on the Planet Earth other than Donald Trump and against Trump it’s clearly political,” he concluded.

Kari Lake announces Maricopa County won't let her legal team inspect ballot signatures

Lake has vowed to take her election lawsuit all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary.

Former Arizona GOP gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake announced Friday that Maricopa County is refusing to allow her legal team to inspect ballot signatures.

"BREAKING: Maricopa County Election Officials REFUSE To Allow @KariLake Legal Team To Inspect Ballot Signatures," Lake wrote on Twitter. "What are they hiding?"

Lake recently had a victory in her election lawsuit when the Arizona Supreme Court sent part of it back to trial court to examine whether or not Maricopa County followed signature verification policies in 2022.

The order states: "IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding to the trial court to determine whether the claim that Maricopa County failed to comply with A.R.S. § 16-550(A)" and "whether Petitioner can prove her claim as alleged pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-672 and establish that votes [were] affected 'in sufficient numbers to alter the outcome of the election."'

Lake went on to say that election officials are hiding evidence and she will take legal action to get it from them if she has to.

"Maricopa County has confirmed what we all knew to be true: Ballot signatures DO NOT MATCH," she wrote in another tweet. "Election Officials brazenly HIDING EVIDENCE from us. This is the smoking gun. Unfortunately for them, I’m not giving up — even if that means legally forcing them to hand over evidence."

Since losing to current Arizona Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs, Lake has contested the results of the 2022 election in court, arguing that thousands of Republican voters were disenfranchised on Election Day, when voting machine errors occurred in at least 60% of the voting centers in Maricopa County.

Lake has vowed to take her election lawsuit all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary.

Maricopa County has not responded for immediate comment.

Two Decades Later, US Senate Votes To Abolish Iraq War Authorization

The US Senate voted 66-30 on 29 March to repeal the 2002 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF) that allowed former president George W. Bush to launch a military invasion of Iraq under false claims that the country possessed weapons of mass destruction (WMD). The bill is now headed to the Republican-led House of Representatives, where it remains unclear if lawmakers will put it on the floor for a vote.

"Congress has abdicated its powers to the executive for too long," said Senator Tim Kaine, who over the past several years has authored the Senate’s efforts to repeal the Iraq AUMF. "Presidents can do mischief if there are outdated authorizations on the books," he added.

If the bill passes a vote on the House of floor — and is signed by President Joe Biden — it will be the first repeal of a war authorization since 1974.

Nonetheless, just last week, the US Senate overwhelmingly voted against repealing the original AUMF, which was signed into law on 18 September, 2001 by George W. Bush in response to the 11 September attacks.

As opposed to the Iraq AUMF, the 2001 AUMF is seen as a more sweeping, blank-check legislation that was passed to target the alleged perpetrators of the 11 September attacks.

According to the Congressional Research Service, the 2001 AUMF has been used to justify more than 40 military interventions in at least 22 countries without the approval of Congress.

In the years after 2001, the US Congress also approved so-called ‘security cooperation authorities‘ (SCA) that have allowed the Pentagon to covertly deploy troops and wage secret wars in dozens of countries across the globe.

According to a report by the New York University School of Law’s Brennan Center for Justice, the SCA allows the Pentagon to "train and equip foreign forces anywhere in the world" and to "provide support to foreign forces, paramilitaries, and private individuals who are in turn supporting US counterterrorism operations," with a spending limit of $100,000,000 per fiscal year.

As a result of this, in dozens of countries, these programs have been used as a springboard for hostilities, with the Pentagon declining to inform Congress or the US public about their secret operations.

"Researchers and reporters uncovered [SCA] programs not only in Afghanistan and Iraq, but also in Cameroon, Egypt, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, Syria, Tunisia, and Yemen," the report highlights.

Christopher C. Miller, a former acting head of the Pentagon, said in his memoir released last month that the US should be held accountable for the failed wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. "The US military-industrial complex has grown into a hydra-headed monster with almost no controls on the American war machine," Miller writes.

In an interview with The Hill, Miller went on to say that, "We invaded a sovereign nation, killed and maimed a lot of Iraqis, and lost some of the greatest American patriots to ever live — all for a goddamned lie."

Xpera received $56 million in government contracts to house migrants in Canada: documents

The company received payment for investigating, monitoring, and providing risk assessments for thousands of 'vulnerable asylum seekers.'

Over the past half-year, Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation received $56 million in government contracts to house migrants across central and eastern Canada.

According to Immigration Canada, Ottawa has provided over half the contracts to the privately-owned firm since March 2020 to provide Roxham migrants with temporary accommodation.

Xpera received payment for investigating, monitoring and providing risk assessments for thousands of “vulnerable asylum seekers”

Though most migrants arrived in Canada through the unofficial border crossing at Roxham Road, the company only had a few employees in a modest Laval office.

However, this did not detract Canadian authorities from hashing out a $37.5 million contract last October to find hotels and caterers for 3,000 asylum seekers in Quebec and 1,000 in Ontario.

Immigration Canada also entered into three over-the-counter agreements with Xpera for $23.8 million, citing the “urgency” of the migrant crisis.

"IRCC was confident that the company would be able to book hotel rooms and mobilize suppliers […] within tight deadlines," writes a ministry spokesperson.

According to the department, 14 hotels received contracts nationwide to house migrants from 2018 to October 2022.

Documents obtained by Conservative MP Michelle Rempel-Garner showed a surge in Roxham migrants during that period. In 2018, only 50 required hotel accommodations, rising to 27,555 in October 2022.

The surge has been widely attributed to a tweet by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in 2017, wherein he welcomed migrants to Canada to troll President Trump's ban on immigration from several failed states.

"To those fleeing persecution, terror & war, Canadians will welcome you," he tweeted.

15 arrested in Brazil over 17 tonnes of cocaine worth billions

On 30 March, simultaneous actions were carried out in Brazil with Europol’s support to dismantle the criminal group that reached from Paraguay to Europe.

A total of 15 individuals were arrested, and over EUR 80 million worth of assets were seized.

Over the course of the investigation, over 17 tonnes of cocaine linked to this criminal organisation were seized, with an estimated street value of several billions of euros.

Bringing down the whole network

Known as Operation HINTERLAND, this two-year long investigation culminated in a series of actions carried out simultaneously on 30 March to bring down the entire criminal infrastructure linked to this group.

Enforcement measures were carried out against the criminal organisation responsible for the multiple cocaine shipments, its suppliers as well as its money-laundering structure.

This action day was coordinated from two command centres in Porte Alegre and Rio Grande (Brazil).

The operation in Brazil resulted in:

37 property searches

15 arrests

The seizure of 173 vehicles and one aircraft

The freezing of bank accounts of 147 individuals and 66 companies

In addition, steps are being taken in Spain to locate and seize assets belonging to members of the criminal organisation.

Intelligence-led operation

The investigation was initiated in Brazil after the Brazilian Federal Police received intelligence from the German Customs on a seizure in December 2020 of 316 kilograms of cocaine in Hamburg (Germany). The initial information suggested that a Brazilian company was being used for shipping cocaine from Brazil to Europe.

Based on the analysis carried out by Europol and the French authorities (OFAST), the Brazilian Federal Police was able to fully map out the criminal network which had until then mostly operated under the radar.

The investigators were able to uncover how this Brazilian drug trafficking organisation was importing cocaine from Paraguay concealed in lorries, before exporting it to Europe.

A first arrest was carried out in October 2022 by the Brazilian Federal Police. A priority target was arrested in Paraguay for his alleged involvement in running the logistics between Paraguay and Brazil, and negotiating directly with the suppliers in Paraguay and Bolivia.

The final rounds of arrests on 30 March was the culmination of many months of surveillance, intelligence gathering and coordination between the various law enforcement authorities involved in preparation for the action.

ICC’s Putin arrest warrant based on State Dept-funded report that debunked itself

The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, accusing him of the “unlawful deportation” of Ukrainian children to a network of camps inside Russia. The warrant was based on a report by the Yale HRL center, which is funded by the US State Department.

US journalist Jeremy Loffredo visited one of Russian government-sponsored camps in question. At The Donbas Express, located just outside of Moscow, Loffredo met youth from war-torn regions who were flourishing thanks to free music instruction, and grateful to be in a secure environment. This article features his exclusive video report.

A Grayzone review of the Yale HRL report found the paper’s content contradicted many claims contained in the ICC warrant. It also undercut incendiary statements its director, Nathaniel Raymond, issued during media appearances.

In an interview with Loffredo, Yale HRL’s Raymond further contradicted allegations he made in a CNN interview about a massive “hostage situation” underway in Russia, acknowledging that most of the camps he researched were “teddy bear”-like cultural programs. He also disclosed his collaboration with US intelligence.

On March 17, the Prosecutor General of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, introduced an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Commissioner for Children’s Rights, Maria Llova-Belova. The warrant, which accused Putin and Lolva-Belova of conducting the “unlawful deportation” of Ukrainian children to a “network of camps” across the Russian Federation, inspired a wave of incendiary commentary in the West.

US Sen. Lindsey Graham, perhaps the most aggressive cheerleader in Congress for war with Russia, proclaimed: “The ICC has an arrest warrant for Putin because he has organized the kidnapping of at least 16,000 Ukrainian children from their families and sent them to Russia. It is exactly what Hitler did in World War II.”

CNN’s Fareed Zakaria echoed Graham, declaring the ICC warrant revealed that Putin “is in fact following parts of Hitler’s playbook.”

The ICC prosecutor appeared APPEARED? OR CITED IT? to have based his arrest warrant on research produced by Yale University’s Humanitarian Research Lab (HRL). Yale HRL’s work was funded and guided by the State Department’s Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations, an entity the Biden administration established in May 2022 to advance the prosecution of Russian officials.

During an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Yale HRL’s executive director, Nathaniel Raymond, claimed his report provided proof that “thousands of children are in a hostage situation.” Invoking the Holocaust, Raymond asserted, “We are dealing with the largest network of children camps seen in the 21st century.”

Yet in an interview with Jeremy Loffredo, the co-author of this report, and in his own paper for Yale HRL, Raymond contradicted many of the bombastic claims he made to the media about child hostages. During a phone conversation with Loffredo, Raymond acknowledged that “a large amount” of the camps his team investigated were “primarily cultural education – like, I would say, teddy bear.”

Pentagon disperses education wing's DEI unit across multiple departments to further push inclusion agenda

The Pentagon quietly announced that it plans to disband its education wing's diversity, equity, and inclusion unit to disperse DEI specialists throughout existing departments, Fox News Digital revealed Friday.

The Pentagon's education branch, the Department of Defense Education Activity, is a federally-operated school system responsible for educating service members' children. Currently, there are roughly 70,000 children enrolled in DOD schools.

The DODEA's DEI unit was formed after the Biden administration requested all federal agencies to "establish or elevate Chief Diversity Officers."

The agency hired Kelisa Wing as the education branch's DEI chief in 2021. She was responsible for curriculum, professional development, and hiring. In September 2022, Wing came under fire for being a "woke administrator" after posting comments disparaging white people on social media.

"I'm so exhausted at these white folx in these [professional development] sessions," Wing allegedly posted on social media. "This lady actually had the CAUdacity to say that black people can be racist too."

The term "CAUdacity" is a combination of "Caucasian" and "audacity."

Wing was placed under a six-month investigation for her comments. Gil Cisneros, the DOD's Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, was assigned to investigate Wing.

Last Thursday, Cisneros was asked to read Wing's post aloud. When asked by Florida Republican Representative Matt Gaetz to define "audacity," Cisneros replied, "I have no idea." Cisneros ultimately "determined the employee was speaking in a personal capacity," and no disciplinary action was taken against Wing.

In a letter to Congress, Cisneros claimed that Wing was no longer involved in "DEI-specific responsibilities" but did participate in a restructuring. However, sources told Fox News Digital that Wing is still internally listed as a DEI professional.

An email announcing the unit's disbandment explained that DEI specialists would be reassigned to several headquarter divisions, including "Research, Accountability, and Evaluation; Strategic and Organizational Excellent; Professional Learning; and Human Resources."

DODEA Director Tom Brady confirmed to Fox News Digital that the agency is planning a "reconfiguration of talent" that involves disbanding and dispersing the branch's DEI unit.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, a Pentagon spokesperson said, "The Department of Defense Education Activity's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for our employees and in support of high achievement for our 67,000 military-connected students remains unchanged."

"Department of Defense DEIA Strategic Plan, DoDEA reconfigured within the headquarters staff to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion expertise into key areas to continue addressing barriers to inclusion, closing gaps in representation, and incorporate the institutional insights we have gained over the past two years," the spokesperson added.

Oath Keepers Attorney Kellye SoRelle Thrown Into Case with Other Defendants by Corrupt DC Judge Amit Mehta – Now They’re Jailing the Attorneys!

Kellye SoRelle committed no crimes. She never entered the US Capitol on January 6. She never committed any violence. She was never part of a conspiracy. But she was the attorney for the patriotic pro-Constitution Oath Keepers organization. And for that she was arrested after she SECRETLY agreed to testify for the Oath Keepers members in prison.

This is your life under the new regime.

The law doesn’t matter. The US Constitution no longer matters. What matters is politics and how you can best silence, bankrupt, abuse and destroy the conservative movement in America.

The Republican Party figured this out a long time ago. Now the GOP is controlled opposition. Just look at Ronna McDaniel if you have any doubts.

On Friday, corrupt Judge Amit Mehta, a criminal judge in the DC District, ordered that Kellye SoRelle will be tried together with at least two other Oath Keepers to ensure she if found guilty and will rot in prison for several years. This is how the Obama DOJ acts. It’s all about politics and punishment.

This is how the DOJ operates by tossing several J6 defendants into the same trial, even if they’ve never seen each other before, and then convict them as one entire entity on their bogus insurrection nonsense.

Welcome to the NEW America. You’re going to love it!

‘Free Speech Absolutist’ Elon Musk’s Twitter Locks Account of New York Post – Again

Elon Musk’s Twitter locked the New York Post out of its account on Thursday after it posted a story about the social media platform deleting more than 5,000 tweets about the Trans Radical Activist Network (TRAN)’s upcoming “Trans Day of Vengeance.”

Twitter prevented the New York Post from tweeting from its main account after it shared its own news article on the removal of thousands of tweets raising awareness to the fact that a planned “Trans Day of Vengeance” is set to take place in Washington, D.C. just days after a transgender school shooter killed six people, three of them 9-year-old children, in Nashville.

Ironically, Twitter’s new CEO Elon Musk previously said that the social media platform’s crackdown on the Post during the 2020 presidential election over its bombshell story about Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop was “incredibly inappropriate.”

The outlet noted that its account, which boasts 2.8 million followers, was eventually restored after 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Monday, 28-year-old Audrey Hale, who believed she was a male, stalked the halls of Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee, where she killed three children and three adults before she was successfully taken down by authorities.

After being asked by reporters if there was “any reason to believe that how she identifies has any motive for targeting the school,” Nashville Police Chief John Drake replied, “There is some theory to that,” indicating that transgender propaganda played a role in Hale’s motive.

Meanwhile, the Trans Radical Activist Network was planning to move forward with it “Trans Day of Vengeance” in front of the Supreme Court this weekend.

Conservative accounts reacted by raising awareness to the radical transgender activists’ plans, but were suspended from Twitter as a result.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), conservative radio legend Michael Savage, The Federalist CEO Sean Davis, and journalist and author Andy Ngo were some of the conservatives locked out of their Twitter accounts for talking about the upcoming “Trans Day of Vengeance.”
