This is correct. What I have seen in the past more than a decade, are test cases all over the world. Slowly growing as they learn. They find out what works well and not so well. Seeing how to better manipulate the masses. What delivery system for death, works better than the others. What will the masses buy into without knowing what they are really agreeing to.
The saying, For evil to win all men need do is remain silent.
No resistance from the free thinkers, they keep moving forward. The plandemic was met with enough resistance, they have had to rethink jabs.
The silliness of the election fraud. People see but still are not rising up against it. Most still don't believe it.

If he can be jailed etc. And no one does anything(especially Congress, they will proceed with round ups of decenters.
