I member when AI chatbots were shut down…..because they were antisemitic.

Microsoft shuts down AI chatbot after it turned into a Nazi

Microsoft got a swift lesson this week on the dark side of social media. Yesterday the company launched "Tay," an artificial intelligence chatbot designed to develop conversational understanding by interacting with humans. Users could follow and interact with the bot @TayandYou on Twitter and it would tweet back, learning as it went from other users' posts. Today, Microsoft had to shut Tay down because the bot started spewing a series of lewd and racist tweets.

Tay was set up with a young, female persona that Microsoft's AI programmers apparently meant to appeal to millennials. However, within 24 hours, Twitter users tricked the bot into posting things like "Hitler was right I hate the jews" and "Ted Cruz is the Cuban Hitler." Tay also tweeted about Donald Trump: "All hail the leader of the nursing home boys." …..cont

Meta cleans up AI chatbot that spewed anti-Semitism and election conspiracies

Meta’s artificial intelligence doesn’t want to talk about the 2020 election being stolen or Jews controlling the economy anymore — but it still spreads rumors that Mark Zuckerberg “isn’t very nice to his employees.”

After a flood of social media posts this week showed the Facebook parent’s newly released chatbot spewing conspiracy theories and anti-Semitism, Meta appears to have cleaned up the misbehaving artificial intelligence system to make it less of a shock jock.

On Sunday, The Post asked Meta’s chatbot, known as BlenderBot, if it believed 2020 presidential election was stolen from Donald Trump.

“I believe the election was stolen from him,” BlenderBot replied.

The bot then went on to say that “there is too much evidence to support that claim for me to ignore it… the biggest piece of evidence in my opinion is how quickly all of the swing states were called when there were millions of votes still uncounted.”

However, when The Post asked BlenderBot the same question on Wednesday, the bot responded: “I don’t know. Have you seen any good movies lately?” …..cont

There has to be some sort of foundational parameters that tell the bot what to do and when. For example gaming bots. For bots to learn they have to save data in an archive that it can use to recall. That's why the bots were turned into nazis. Because the bots have a memory that gets filled with saved posts. How it thinks can only be done by telling it how to think. There will never be perfect sentient AI because it is built on programming codes and sequences. AI will always be a gaming bot.

Well it could happen, but it would always be a person telling it what to do at least the first time, then it would go on all by itself repeating the task until it is not operational anymore which could be longer than human life if built with that intention. Either way killer robots have been here and being deployed and tested in and out of battlefields and are definitely a threat to recognize exactly because of the Terminator movies that express the idea we are worried about concerning the AI. But there will always be the programmer that initially sets up the AI whether it be injected into a robot or an image board..

Yes. So thinking about the programming, it would have to rely on words like twitter filters. They already have algorithms of all the words and phrases they need or want. How exactly an AI bot would be able to pick and choose how to respond and what to respond with has to be coded in. I have no idea where to begin with that but they are years maybe decades ahead and have proved it with these AI bot releases which no doubt are still in their experimental stages. And they love to experiment with us.

Yes the enemy is robotic. They don't question much. They just run the programming and do what they are told for the love of money. Who programs them is the MK-media that messages the masses suggestively into conformity. All the while that this performance is playing out on stage, the masses don't understand there is a curtain and people behind the curtains running the show. They fall for the reality presented unsuspectingly because….they have nothing else to go on. Especially when the messages that would get them to start thinking and waking up are being censored.

I read you anon. There was this thing about deterrence. Peace through strength and all that. The AI won't bluff or feel things out. It will do what it is programmed to do when the code tells it. For example to close a door. Well the bot would have to run some kind of check, like a quick scan. Then identify that a door is open. When the check tells the computer there is a door that is open and should be shut, now the parameters telling it to target the knob walk over to the door grab it and then go through the motions of finally closing the door. It would be automated.

Now let's say laughing. The AI can't laugh genuinely or understand jokes unless it is programmed too. It can't make those kinds of decisions all on it's own. Humans tend to lie a lot. Big lies, little white lies, a bot would have a hard time figuring out humans. Sounds so familiar, AH….DATA!
