The Human Trafficking EO was published on the WH website (and presumably signed) on Thursday, Dec 21, 2017.

Ortega's resignation is either completely unrelated to the human trafficking EO, or he knew 3 days in advance, maybe because he was notified of a sealed indictment. This needs more verification before we spread that meme, IMO. (Otherwise, the memes are great!)
