KETO and intermittent fasting is the best way to go. @ meals a day, once you get use to it and you can always try going for 1 meal a day.
Throw in 1 to 3 days fasts here and there.
Once you get full into KETO you lost craving and any desire to eat non stop.
20 carbs a day or less is best. But 50 carbs a day will usually keep you in KETO.
