do not mind the other stuff I did in berlin. dad and mowing lawn thing. also prolly something to focus on, cave thing.
so first I started with breathing into belly (not chest).
rather fast breathing, 2 times in, 2 times out, or 3/3, or also, to enhance push in movement, 3 times in, 1 time out or such. (no symbolism intended.)
(did not feel the ball then.)
so then I tried to push upwards as I remembered the shakra vid from the cartoon monk kid. (way earlier I did that and just thought about the shakra stuff, what is biggest fear, why have that fear, realize - at least in that very moment - there is no need for fear. guilt, shame, sadness, lie, โฆ)
so I pushed belly inward while breathing out rather rhythmic in pushes (3, 1 e.g.) and tried moving the ball that I did not notice upwards, from lower belly where belly button is to stomach.
then little higher up into beck and head.
the temp thing I consider not important and declare so bc of better usage.
also, not only can you push in lower and upper belly intentionally, and of course chest, but also chest in an angle so to push lower and upper chest little more.
also you can kind of push into just by sort of flexing, tensioning, genitals area and throat area.
first only pushed all that to by back while laying on by back and then tried pushing upwards, from genitals to lower belly few times, then moving one step up, or also all the way up.
