according to quora this is a "thing"

but no one has an explanation

no one has any convincing evidence

any radiation must warm the absorber

so i don't believe it, must be an artifact of some kind

much more interesting:

viktor schauberger

water engineer

once challenged a professor of hydrology

there's a rock in the river, he said

is the temperature higher at the front of the rock or the back?

relative to the river flow

the professor said it would be warmer at the back of the rock

after the turbulence

wrong

said schauberger

took a thermometer

waded into the river

proved to the professor that he was wrong

implosion energy cools

schauberger was invited to meet hitler

early in his rule

told hitler straight

you will destroy germany

with your explosion technology

internal combustion machines

use implosion energy

later got harnessed into designing flying disks for the nazis

the rest is suppressed history

but these minute temp differences can be very significant

if this moonlight story is true it would be easy to test

so do it
