The way CNN reported it is that Blinken sternly ordered Lavrov to immediately release the WSJ innocent journalist and Lavrov said the guy will be handled under Russian law. That's all CNN said.
Why does he NOT have to bring any docs, etc, with him? You would think he would have to bring his cell phone at least.
