This is absolutely nuts, and fits the Q narrative very well. It references "Dope, Inc.", a book that describes how the entire world drug operation works to the benefit of the top of the pyramid (The Roths), and asks the reader to envision that same network for Child Trafficking; also ran by the same folks.
The author proposes that each network operates exactly the same, are ran by the same people, and are both means to different ends of blackmail, profiting/laundering to fund wars, and have influence in much of the world. There's even a bit about Ronald Bernard in there.
