is part of the puberty blocker thing so that kids who are older can pretend to be younger so they can become the heads of their classes?

if a kid is pretending to be younger, then he/she would already have the education and end up as valedictorian and get to go to the better school.

It often occurred to me that a lot of the clowned up people who were 'top of their class' seemed older.

Is this possible?
