couple of problems with this … Soros is not a foreigner 2) the EO says that malign actors or entities trying to undermine faith in the integrity and fairness of the elections and trust in the US Democratic institutions by spreading disinfo claiming election fraud will be sanctioned/punished 3) Biden likes the EO, otherwise he would have revoked it (I know only one Trump EO that Biden cancelled, about the allowed architectural styles for federal buildings, which leads one to suspect that the EOs were mostly written by Trump's Deep State handlers and Trump just signed them without bothering to read them carefully or beyond the first paragraph … I think the first paragraph of the EO 13848 was specifically written to make Trump satisfied, anons might want to check it, and I suggest you read also the rest
