I just started a dig. Noticed a Sep 2013 pic on Twatter of NP visiting the Mission Promise Neighborhood who received a $30M dollar grant on Dec 21, 2012 which is conveniently located in her district. I did a quick cross check on Mission Promise Neighborhood and La Raz. Mission Promise Neighborhood names Instituto Familiar de La Raza and La Raza Centro Legal as community partners. Probably worth looking into moar.
