Was filling an inside tire on a double drop trailer before p/u of some crane pieces to bring to a dock for offshore use. The tire pressure was still 5lbs low since I had just checked. Started adding more air and BOOM, it blew. The shape of the wheel well left my forehead and down across my right ear red from the explosion. I had a couple pieces of the steel belt embedded in my cheek and temple. I have good days and jetliner days now. Doesn't bother me though, just learned to live with it.
