Anon prefers command line, so, learned a new parameter for ffpmeg just now! :)

ffmpeg -i 1271726_alvinbraggsr-70Hy_yEmjF4.mkv -fs 16M 1271726_alvinbraggsr-70Hy_yEmjF4.mp4

(the "-fs 16M" tells it the size limit for resulting output file)

Also, above command-line converts the .mkv to a .mp4, which is more widely uploadable (e.g., Twitter).
