CEOs of Multi-Billion Dollar Organization Do Not Make Accounting Entries – THIS WHOLE CASE IS BASED ON FALLACY THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP IS AN ACCOUNTANT

The corrupt Soros-backed and Obama-connected DA’s office in Manhattan is indicting President Trump by claiming that President Trump is somehow behind accounting entries that were made supposedly in error years ago. What nonsense!

The gist of the case against President Trump lies in some accounting entries that were supposedly made years ago in the Trump Organization.

The corrupt Soros-backed and Obama-connected DA’s office is behind this garbage and you can bet that not one of these characters has ever posted an entry in an accounting system.

You can also bet money that President Trump has never posted an entry in an accounting system. Yet, this is what they are telling us.

Last night, The Gateway Pundit reported on the illegal leak coming out of the Bragg DA’s office:

President Trump was hit with 34 FELONY COUNTS for falsification of business records, according to a leak to the Deep State’s favorite actor Michael Isikoff.

Falsification of business records is always prosecuted as a misdemeanor but Bragg elevated the case to a felony in an effort to ‘get Trump’ and derail his presidential bid.

President Trump didn’t come near any of these entries. I know. I was a corporate executive in charge of financial reporting of multi-million and billion-dollar entities. I oversaw all the entries for that segment of a Fortune 500 company.

I can tell you without exception that I never consulted with the CEO of that billion-dollar organization on any accounting entries made in that segment.

Quite frankly, I never posted an entry into the system myself. I also never saw most of the journal entries in the system. In large corporations, there are thousands of entries every month. You don’t know all the entries, it’s impossible.

The idea that President Trump, the head of a multi-billion dollar entity had anything to do with the accounting entries in his organization is lunacy. He never did and never will have anything to do with accounting entries in his organization. That’s what accountants are for.

President Trump is not an accountant and the Soros-backed and Obama/Biden-connected attorneys behind this case are not objective and fair-minded prosecutors. These people after President Trump are criminals involved in a conspiracy to overthrow our nation.

Manhattan DA Office Purges Executive Staff Section From Website, We Have The Receipts

After multiple executive members of the Manhattan DA office were exposed for their political bias against President Trump, the Manhattan DA Office has completely purged their Executive Team page.

Last week the TGP exposed Manhattan DA Chief Assistant for liking tweets that called for Americans to “dump Trump” and “drive out everything Trump represents”.

This resulted in Reiss to delete her Twitter account.

Yesterday TGP’s Cullen Linebarger reported Manhattan DA Jordan Stockdale had a Twitter profile that was filled with liked tweets calling for Trump to be impeached.

After being exposed multiple times ,the Manhattan DA Office has had enough and completely scrubbed their page.

Before the Meet Our Team page was deleted it featured brief biographies of several executives members’.

The page started off by introducing Chief Assistant District Attorney Meg Reiss, who many believe is calling the shots inside of the Manhattan DA Office.

Last week The Gateway Pundit did a deep dive into Reiss’s Twitter account and it was discovered she liked several anti-Trump tweets.

Reiss liked tweets that read “Trump is a bad person” and “we need to send Donald Trump packing”.

After TGP exposed Reiss she locked her Twitter account and proceeded to delete it.

JPMorgan Execs Joked About Jeffrey Epstein's Pedophilia: USVI

Emails obtained by the US Virgin Islands reveal that JPMorgan executives joked about Jeffrey Epstein's pedophilia while the disgraced financier was a client of the bank, according to claims made in a new court filing.

In an amended complaint filed in New York on Monday, the US Virgin Islands said that Epstein's behavior "was so widely known at JPMorgan that senior executives joked about Epstein’s interest in young girls," the Financial Times reports.

JPMorgan is battling two combined lawsuits over Epstein - one from the US Virgin Islands, and another brought by an Epstein accuser known as Jane Doe. The cases have a provisional trial date set for October.

Included in the filing is a 2008 email to Mary Erdoes, a 27-year JPMorgan veteran who runs the asset and wealth management division where Epstein was a client.

The bank, meanwhile, said in a March filing that Erdoes "always acted with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism," and had "informed this client 10 years ago that his relationship with our firm was being terminated."

Erdoes was questioned under oath as part of the pre-trial proceedings. Last week, the Financial Times reported that longstanding chief executive Jamie Dimon will in May also be deposed, despite attempts by the bank to prevent him from having to testify.

The US Virgin Islands’ complaint contains an internal communication which references a “Dimon review” into the relationship with Epstein, of which the bank says it has no record. -FT

Later this month former JPMorgan executive Jes Staley will be deposed. While not named in the above litigation, JPMorgan has sued him claiming he withheld details of his relationship with Epstein, including knowledge of the financier's sex crimes.

“Legitimate target” — Bellingcat defends terror attack at St. Petersburg cafe

Christo Grozev of the US government-sponsored Bellingcat endorsed the terror attack that killed a Russian war reporter and injured many others during a public event in St. Petersburg. He also defended Ukraine’s attempt to assassinate a Russian philosopher because he was a “propagandist.”

In the hours that followed the April 2, 2023 bombing of a cafe in St. Petersburg, Russia, Christo Grozev of the US government-funded Bellingcat outlet defended the terror attack that killed a war reporter and wounded 30 others.

Throughout his eight-minute interview with Sky News, Bellingcat’s lead Russia investigator Christo Grozev offered an unapologetic, de facto endorsement of the terror attack at a public event at the Street Food Bar № 1 cafe in St. Petersburg. In order to justify the bombing, Grozev cast it as either a legitimate Ukrainian operation carried out in the context of “hybrid warfare,” or a potential Russian false flag.

Was There a U.S. Nuclear Weapons Accident at a Dutch Air Base?

Did the U.S. Air Force suffer a nuclear weapons accident at an airbase in Europe a few years back? [Update: After USAFE and LANL initially declined to comment on the picture, a Pentagon spokesperson later clarified that the image is not of an actual nuclear weapons accident but of a training exercise, as cautioned in the second paragraph below. The spokesperson declined to comment on the main conclusion of this article, however, that the image appears to be from inside an aircraft shelter at Volkel Air Base.]

A photo in a Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) student briefing from 2022 shows four people inspecting what appears to be a damaged B61 nuclear bomb. The document does not identify where the photo was taken or when, but it appears to be from inside a Protective Aircraft Shelter (PAS) at Volkel Air Base in the Netherlands.

It must be emphasized up front that there is no official confirmation that the image was taken at Volkel Air Base, that the bent B61 shape is a real weapon (versus a trainer), or that the damage was the result of an accident (versus a training simulation).

If the image is indeed from a nuclear weapons accident, it would constitute the first publicly known case of a recent nuclear weapons accident at an airbase in Europe.

Most people would describe a nuclear bomb getting bent as an accident, but U.S. Air Force terminology would likely categorize it as a Bent Spear incident, which is defined as “evident damage to a nuclear weapon or nuclear component that requires major rework, replacement, or examination or re-certification by the Department of Energy.” The U.S. Air Force reserves “accident” for events that involve the destruction or loss of a weapon.

It is not a secret that the U.S. Air Force deploys nuclear weapons in Europe, but it is a secret where they are deployed. Volkel Air Base has stored B61s for decades. I and others have provided ample documentation for this and two former Dutch prime ministers and a defense minister in 2013 even acknowledged the presence of the weapons. Volkel Air Base is one of six air bases in Europe where the U.S. Air Force currently deploys an estimated 100 B61 nuclear bombs in total.

The United States is modernizing its air-delivered nuclear arsenal including in Europe and Volkel and the other air bases in Europe are scheduled to receive the new B61-12 nuclear bomb in the near future.

Image Description

What does the image itself show? It appears to show a damaged B61 nuclear bomb shape strapped to a four-wheel trolly. The rear of the bomb curves significantly to the left and one of four tail fins is missing. There is also pink tape covering possible damage to the rear of the tail. The image first (to my knowledge) appeared in a Los Alamos National Laboratory student briefing published last year that among other topics described the mission of the Accident Response Group (ARG) to provide “world-wide support to the Department of Defense (DoD) in resolving incidents and accidents involving nuclear weapons or components in DoD custody at the time of the event.”

Clearview AI scraped 30 billion images from Facebook and other social media sites and gave them to cops: it puts everyone into a 'perpetual police line-up'

Clearview AI scraped 30 billion photos from social media to build its facial recognition database.

US police have used the database nearly a million times, the company's CEO told the BBC.

One digital rights advocate told Insider the company is "a total affront to peoples' rights, full stop."

A controversial facial recognition database, used by police departments across the nation, was built in part with 30 billion photos the company scraped from Facebook and other social media users without their permission, the company's CEO recently admitted, creating what critics called a "perpetual police line-up," even for people who haven't done anything wrong.

The company, Clearview AI, boasts of its potential for identifying rioters at the January 6 attack on the Capitol, saving children being abused or exploited, and helping exonerate people wrongfully accused of crimes. But critics point to privacy violations and wrongful arrests fueled by faulty identifications made by facial recognition, including cases in Detroit and New Orleans, as cause for concern over the technology.

Clearview took photos without users' knowledge, its CEO Hoan Ton-That acknowledged in an interview last month with the BBC. Doing so allowed for the rapid expansion of the company's massive database, which is marketed on its website to law enforcement as a tool "to bring justice to victims."

Ton-That told the BBC that Clearview AI's facial recognition database has been accessed by US police nearly a million times since the company's founding in 2017, though the relationships between law enforcement and Clearview AI remain murky and that number could not be confirmed by Insider.

In a statement emailed Insider, Ton-That said "Clearview AI's database of publicly available images is lawfully collected, just like any other search engine like Google."

The company's CEO added: "Clearview AI's database is used for after-the-crime investigations by law enforcement, and is not available to the general public. Every photo in the dataset is a potential clue that could save a life, provide justice to an innocent victim, prevent a wrongful identification, or exonerate an innocent person."

Israeli cyber security website briefly taken down in cyberattack

The websites of multiple major universities in Israel were attacked by a group of hackers calling themselves 'Anonymous Sudan.'

One of Israel's largest cyber-security companies, Check Point, was taken down by a group of hackers calling themselves "Anonymous Sudan" on Tuesday afternoon.

However, after a short while, the website seemed to return to operating as normal.

Earlier in the day, the websites of multiple major universities in Israel were also attacked by the same group, and were down for several hours.

Among the websites unavailable for browsing were the sites of Tel Aviv University, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Haifa University, Weizmann Institute of Science, Open University of Israel and Reichman University.

Statement from the Check Point spokesperson

"All our sites are functioning well despite a large-scale attack on them," Check Point's spokesperson said in a statement. "The company's website is protected against DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks at the highest level. [It is] one of the strongest websites in the world.

"The hackers used a huge amount of requests [in order to] affect - for a few minutes- the ability to reach the site. Thanks to [our] protections, the site works as usual and was not damaged by the attack."

The hacker group's statement

The group published a statement on its Telegram account, listing the sites it attacked. "Infrastructure: Universities - Israel education sector has been dropped Because [sic] of what they did in Palestine," the statement read.

The group also added that this wasn't its main attack, which will occur on April 7. It is not clear if the attack also penetrated into the institutions' systems.

This attack is part of a campaign called OPIsrael, in which activists try to attack targets on the Israeli internet, according to Ynet News. Some of the sites attacked on Tuesday are already available again.

"These are service-preventing attacks - those that only bring down websites and do not steal information and that can be recovered from relatively easily. However, it can be assumed that these groups are trying to produce more significant attacks, including ransom attacks and data theft," cyber security firm Check Point told Maariv.

According to Check Point, the Anonymous group also shortly attacked websites related to several medical centers, including Rambam Hospital in Haifa. However, the hospital denied the attack.

Bombshell as the AstraZeneca Covid vaccine is no longer available to Australians

The AstraZeneca Covid vaccine no longer available

The health department discontinued it on March 20

The AstraZeneca Covid vaccine, linked to a very rare but serious side-effect, has been quietly discontinued from use in Australia.

The federal health department confirmed that from March 20 the vaccine, sold under the brand-name Vaxzevria, would no longer be available to Australians.

Deakin University Chair in Epidemiology, Professor Catherine Bennett told Daily Mail Australia its removal was expected as it had been superseded by other vaccines.

'It was really only left available for this long for people who had earlier doses of AstraZeneca and wanted to complete their course with it,' Prof Bennett said.

The AstraZeneca vaccine was approved for use in people aged 18 and over as a primary course from February 15, 2021 and as a booster dose February 8, 2022.

But from October, 2021, it was available by request only in favour of the newer Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines.

'It (AstraZeneca) was very effective in the early days of the vaccine rollout,' Prof Bennett said.

'But now with Novavax, there is a more traditional style vaccine that has been proven to be safe and effective as well as the two mRNA vaccines.'

The shift away from AstraZeneca was made after official health advice was changed in 2021 to limit its use to people older than 60 over concerns about a rare blood clotting disorder.

The disorder, called thrombosis with thrombocytopenia (TTS), involves blood clots combined with low levels of blood platelets with people under 60 more at risk.

According to health authorities, the risk of developing the condition after a first dose of AstraZeneca was about 20 in a million and most cases recovered.

According to a June, 2022 report from the Therapeutic Goods Administration, there were eight deaths in Australia confirmed to be from TTS following the AstraZeneca vaccine.

'Yes there were some serious adverse reactions but it's very important not to underestimate how big a difference it made in terms of lives saved back in 2021,' Prof Bennett said.

'Particularly when Delta was the dominant strain, we couldn't have got to where we did in terms of fighting off the virus by relying on the mRNA vaccines alone.'

Liability potential for Catholic Church after Vic Court of Appeal's decision to uphold ruling

Advocates and legal groups say a landmark "breakthrough" over the Catholic Church's culpability for the crimes of paedophile priests will lead to better outcomes for victim-survivors.

Key points:

Victoria's highest court has upheld a ruling finding the Catholic Church liable for sexual abuse by a paedophile priest

The ruling brings Australia in line with international law

A lawyer says the tide has turned for abuse survivors in Australia

On Monday Victoria's highest court upheld a ruling that the Catholic Church is vicariously liable for child sexual abuse by a priest, making it easier for survivors to receive compensation.

Ballarat abuse survivor Paul Auchettl knows too well that for the longest time, clergy abuse was encased in silence.

He was abused by the notorious paedophile and Christian Brother Robert Best, who was Mr Auchettl's Year Six teacher at St Alipius primary school.

His younger brother Peter was also abused and died by suicide more than a decade ago.

Mr Auchettl said communities like his gave everything to the church when he was a child.

But when reports started surfacing about clergy abuse, people saw it as a "major betrayal" that still had not been rectified.

"To open up the courts to identify [that] the church was an authority in our lives and was responsible for the misbehaviour, is a massive step forward," Mr Auchettl said.

"I'm hoping this is a breakthrough … and we can go to those families who are still angry and hurt and lost out there somewhere, and bring them back.

"To me that's a Christian thing to do."

Tide turning for survivors

Lawyer Laird Macdonald has acted for hundreds of abuse survivors.

He said reforms by the Victorian parliament, and the work of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, had turned the tide for survivors.

Former New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern to help tackle online extremism in life after politics

Former New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern will help tackle violent extremism online and will also be on the board of an environmental prize set up by Prince William as she looks ahead to a life after politics.

Key points:

Ms Ardern will also join the board of Prince William's Earthshot Prize, awarded for contributions to environmentalism

As PM, she won plaudits internationally for her handling of the COVID-19 pandemic

But her popularity waned during her final year in power as inflation rose to nearly three-decade highs

Ms Ardern stepped down as prime minister in January and said she had "no more in the tank" to lead the country and would also not seek re-election to parliament. She is due to give her final speech in parliament on Wednesday local time.

Ms Ardern, who became the youngest female leader in the world when she won power in 2017 at the age of 37, will serve as an unpaid special envoy for the Christchurch Call, an initiative she co-founded in 2019 to bring together countries and technology companies to combat extremism, the government said.

Attacks on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand's second-largest city, in March 2019 killed 51 people dead and wounded 40.

The white supremacist gunman who carried out the assault live-streamed part of it on Facebook.

"The Christchurch Call is a foreign policy priority for the government and Jacinda Ardern is uniquely placed to keep pushing forward with the goal of eliminating violent extremist content online," her replacement as prime minister, Chris Hipkins, said in a statement.

"Terrorist and violent extremist content online is a global issue, but for many in New Zealand it is also very personal."

Ms Ardern will also join the board of Prince William's Earthshot Prize, awarded for contributions to environmentalism, Kensington Palace said in a statement.

Ms Ardern rode a wave of popularity dubbed "Jacindamania" after she took over as prime minister and campaigned for women's rights, and an end to child poverty and economic inequality.

She also won plaudits internationally for her handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

But her popularity waned during her final year in power as inflation rose to nearly three-decade highs, along with rising crime and a contentious overhaul of water infrastructure.

"Five years probably felt more like nine, just because of what we all went through as a nation," Ms Ardern said in an interview with state broadcaster TVNZ on Tuesday.

"I will miss the people … but I won't miss the weight, because it is heavy."

UK watchdog fines TikTok $23 million for 'misusing children's data'

Britain's data watchdog has fined TikTok 12.7 millions pounds ($23 million) for breaching data protection laws including using the personal data of children aged under 13 without parental consent.

Key points:

TikTok says they do not allow children under 13 to use the service, however, millions of underage accounts exist

Watchdog groups are concerned that data could be accessed and used to profile and monitor children

The fines are the latest blow to the social media app which has drawn security concers in the West

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) estimated that TikTok allowed as many as 1.4 million UK children under 13 to use its platform in 2020, even though it sets 13 as the minimum age to create an account.

The ICO said the data breaches occurred between May 2018 and July 2020, with the Chinese-owned video app not having done enough to check who was using the platform and remove underage children who were.

"There are laws in place to make sure our children are as safe in the digital world as they are in the physical world. TikTok did not abide by those laws," UK Information Commissioner John Edwards said.

Children's data may have been used to track and profile them, potentially presenting them with harmful or inappropriate content, he added.
