Wealthy enough not to be worrying about bank failures, resourceful enough to survive with or without money, industrious enough to provide ones' own food, clothing and shelter from elements.

However, the "poor 'cause of Biden" is only for those still in their corporate jobs getting paid in USD and going to the "doctor" for "health care", expecting to collect a 401K or pension and in debt on student loans, house payments and cars. Those folks are just poor, anyway, though.
Out of "the system" is actually a high quality existence.
