As a resident of the State of New York, I identify as a person, or one, of a people, of the State of New York. Therefore I insist that the current charges:

be dismissed immediately as it assumes my participation and agreement.
I do not agree that the charges are worthy of pursuit in an HONORABLE Court of Law and I do not consent to my tax dollars used to address this matter. I have not yet met a fellow New York resident in my county who thinks this case is nothing but inflammatory politicized warfare and a misuse of the judicial process. Therefore, I request the case be dropped, at the very least filed under a different heading, with the prosecutor financing the entire matter.
