This will be due to some things happening to make such things unavailable, unusable and undesirable. Why? 1. Supply chain breakdowns, infrastructure damage ("see" cell towers melted) 2. Cell phones won't work due to grid or tower problems 3. When parents know the phone can collect as much data as it does and it can also be used to emit frequencies that can do very nefarious things they will hand their children a cell phone with the same alacrity you'd give a toddler hard drugs (meaning they won't).
