Can POTUS institute Martial Law and activate Military Tribunals to handle all the Immigration cases ?…quicker and faster than in the US Court system?
POTUS should just take $25 Billion from DoD to build the Wall!
That's only 3.5% of the additional $700 Billion that was approved.
