In Christ, there is sometimes conviction but NEVER condemnation.

Make a woman's natural nurturing inclination no longer a thing of scorn.
Make a man's natural protector/provider inclination no longer a thing of scorn.
Not that the two cannot step into the other role, but it's no shame to have a woman's traditional role, and it's no shame to have a man's traditional role.
