Interest, taxation and corporate profit with some overlap accounts for 12-15 trillion dollars taken from the society into private and corrupt hands. It’s about 50 percent of the total USA gdp.
That doesn’t take into consideration the loss by people who work for a paycheque handed to those that own, in the form of inflation….

Bit coin may be a store of value but in terms of currency the state should be in control of it and does need on demand liquidity which bit coin can’t deliver. Just bring the issuing of money under the control of the state. Make interest payable to the government as tax revenue.
