I discovered a tasty tidbit I want to share with FOIA-enthusiast anons:
You know how agencies have budgets they publish that outline what the money will be spent on? They’re bullshit. To find out what the money was REALLY spent on, request “Work Plans.”
They are broken down by hierarchy and are more specific the further down the chain you go (bureau to branch to office). Top of the chain will still be an overview while the offices are very detailed. I can think of an office to target (GEiC*o) and I’m sure anons can think of a few more.
Look for PR numbers to trace contracts.
