He mentioned it was a petty betrayal on par with Judas betraying Jesus for a few pieces of silver. It was attention driven. Those Hollywood actors made it for a reason, it's not just the money but also they are energized by the limelight. May sound absurd to an introvert but it's real. You can see it on Twitch, and Youtube, content creators continue to push the envelope with more and more edgy content to become famous. Or they will create some drama.

In essence we all do it to a degree but most people cannot catch themselves / aware of it to halt the behavior before it gets too far. Awareness of the patterns is key, maybe you can't stop it from happening but you can mitigate the disaster by stopping yourself from going further.

For example if certain things make you angry / upset better to just remove yourself from the situation. Unless you don't want to halt being angry if you need to vent. Iz complexicated.
