by then I had a fairly good sysetm using Gimp.
I'd make layers.
Doing about 10 different versions?
I guess I could look at the time stamps and try to figure it out.
start with a photo.
pull it into Gimp.
make layers
useing a lot of layers I made the various etching effects, and then I start doing many versions. some of them are better than others.
no more than a few hours work.
looking at the time codes on about 8 different versions I work for about 45 minutes on that one.
does she not like her . . . parent?
there is a lot of detail in that. did you view it full sized?
it takes time for everything to load.
after it's set up with masks and layers, you can make a lot of different versions. and automated it if you'd like.
to make a new version takes about three seconds.
once you have it set up you can easily change captions, etc.
If I mke memes again I'll use blender.
it's got some really cool stuff, and ya, it's amazing.
for videos, wow. Easy, fast, colorful, super detailed.
I do animations in it where when you move around in the scene the text always faces the camera.
so that would be real useful for making memes!
