I know what it feels like anon. Two years ago in Nor Cali fires. My property was smack dab in the middle of a million acre fire that was raging. It literally got one tenth of a mile from my house. It was across the street, up the hill. Prayed to God to save my little community. I wish I save the picture, maybe I can find it. But I pulled up the map (I was staying with family at the time) of the firemaps and all you could see was this giant blob of red with one tiny white dot in the middle of it. That was my property and neighbors. God saved us and it was definitely a MIRACLE! I'll never forget it! I was standing on my front porch seeing the flames rising up above the trees and singing…

Yes, I remember that one too. The fire I was in was after that one. However, I have a friend that had moved to Arkansas from here years ago.
A week before the Paradise fire her and her husband had just bought a house there and moved in. They lost EVERYTHING! So very sad!
