It is strange that Potato would keep 'signing' those when the first thing he did was repeal the insulin discount Trump put in place and THEN reinstated it and took the credit for it.
I'm not up on the legalities of executive orders, but is he somehow legally forced to keep signing them?
It really doesn't make sense.
