maybe the problem isn't AI itself but the way it was pushed - before its time
DS always does this, takes stuff that would have evolved naturally in an organic way (like women's rights, better conditions for workers, etc) and pushed them hard slightly before their time. Distorts the development, like a baby born too soon.
