did it pretty much as discribed.

thinking about greatest fear, really think about it, explain to yourself why it´s not something you have to be afraid of, bc at least in this very moment you do not have to be afraid of anything at all.

then other shakras, guilt, shame, grief, lie.

did that by thinking only, no special sitting or breathing, guess won´t hurt though.

remember even crying while doing it, but did it in some minutes or maybe 1 hour or so.

 

then later I did the shakra massaging thing.

first breathing with belly pushing hard inside (not hurting hard, but tensioning to push belly kind of against spine, maybe causes shills at some point)

first only belly, e.g. 3 times out, in pushes, 1 time in, 3 pushes belly inwards while breathing out again. or other numbers, no symbolism, just found it easier to kind of breath rather normal like that.

 

then I moved from the point I used to do belly breathing little upwards, like stomach area and pushed inwards there.

then up to the chest, heart. pushing in while breathing.

did that from bottom to top, like few times belly, few times stomach, few times chest.

 

then tried movements that kind of push your guts little upwards, not really, but you know, like pushing a movement by that pushing inwards, pushing lower belly inside and kind of feeling insides being pushed upwards a little, few time that, then move up one chakra.

or also from bottom to top with only one breathing step at each chakra.

 

later also pushed inwards / tensioned genitals area and throat.

with aim to push into head.

then also trying to push above head (back then I thought I would melt into "heaven" when I get above head, did not happen :) more of a connection.

remember doing that for some time and my eyes just kind of rolling up in my head more of less w/o me doing it intentionally.

 

now it´s a "ball" that I feel and can freely move, or draw numbers on my back and whatnot.

 

hot and cold was a thing. but I guess it was rather bc of somethign to focus on and doing all that stuff on one 3 day we.

 

just try it out. I guess I at some point just felt something actually being pushed up in me.

so e.g. 2 times rather quick breathing out while pushing belly inwards, then breathing in, then breathing out 2 times while pushing in again. doing that for some time rather fast breathing as if you want to stock up on o2.
