He is gagging, moving and obvious sill very conscious about what is happening. White fluid coming out of his open stomach,an eruption of white froth.

I'm having a hard time understanding how cutting
someone with a dirty knife outside. Removing their organs while they are alive, is going to actually produce organs that can be used again.
