I seriously doubt this is how it went down. Nobody at a senior level knowing is admission of incompetence and failure of fiduciary duty. It basically goes like this, managers report to sr managers who report to directors who report to vice presidents (with more or less steps in between) .The "report" part is quite literal. There have to be multiple management teams involved here as well, since they produced actual product.
