Doesn't appear to be a deekfake. I found a video from the JK YouTube channel posted at the end of 2019 that contains the clip starting at 7:23.
This doesn't completely rule out deepfake, but it certainly is far less likely. GPT-2 had just been released in February of 2019, and deepfakes were just starting to become a thing (IIRC).
