Maybe, maybe not. Since most people around anon don't pretend at all to be prepping, it might be that self proclaimed peppers are actually doing so. Maybe a lot of real peppers are hush-hush about it for obvious reasons. Anon would not like to encourage anyone to discuss much about their prepping on-line. Again, for obvious reasons.
