REVEALED: Billionaire LinkedIn Founder and Democrat Megadonor Secretly Funding E. Jean Carroll’s Rape Lawsuit Against Trump

Billionaire LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman – a Democrat megadonor – is secretly funding E. Jean Carroll’s rape case against President Trump, according to a Thursday court filing.

This DIRECTLY contradicts E. Jean Carroll’s claim during an October deposition that no one else was paying her legal bills.

E. Jean Carroll appears to have committed perjury.

In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990’s.

E. Jean Carroll is a mentally unwell woman who previously told CNN she fantasizes about rape.

Trump has denied the allegations and called E. Jean Carroll a “whack job” who’s “not my type.”

Carroll refiled the lawsuit in November after New York passed the Adult Survivors Act which allows adults to sue over sexual assaults that occurred decades ago.

Trump’s lawyers ripped E. Jean Carroll and her lawyers in a court filing on Thursday.

“The proposition that [Carroll] has suddenly ‘recollected’ the source of her funding for this high-profile litigation—which has spanned four years, spawned two separate actions, and been before numerous state, federal, and appellate courts—is not only preposterous, it is demonstrably false. Indeed, it simply defies logic to believe that [Carroll’s] attorneys—four of whom were present at her deposition—were unaware that their own firm had ‘secured additional funding from a nonprofit organization’ to bankroll their client’s various lawsuits and ensure their bills were being paid,” Trump’s lawyers Habba and Tacopina wrote to Judge Kaplan Thursday.

Trump’s lawyers said E. Jean Carroll perjured herself.

Carroll “apparently perjured herself during her deposition; her counsel sat by and allowed her to do so, knowing full well that her testimony was false; and then they conspired to conceal the truth for nearly six months, only to disclose it on the eve of trial,” Trump’s lawyers wrote according to the Daily Beast.

Reid Hoffman, the billionaire behind LinkedIn who’s now a megadonor to Democrats, has been quietly bankrolling E. Jean Carroll’s rape case against former President Donald Trump, according to court records filed Thursday.

The surprising last-minute disclosures came out in contentious correspondence between lawyers for the aggrieved journalist and the pissed off former president, who are battling over whether to delay the trial scheduled to start in two weeks.

While it’s unclear if that payment arrangement has any material impact on the case itself, the fact that it remained secret until now will surely support Trump’s unrelenting, conspiratorial complaints that ultra rich liberals have been pulling the strings on the efforts to take him down.

In a letter on Thursday morning, Trump’s legal team documented how Carroll at her Oct. 14 deposition claimed that no one else was paying for her lawyers—only to have those same lawyers suddenly inform them this Monday that they indeed had a mystery backer. Trump’s lawyers say Carroll’s team wouldn’t immediately disclose who this rich donor was until several phone calls later during the week, when they reluctantly revealed that it was Hoffman and a nonprofit called American Future Republic.

Government Documents on Seized Assets of Anti-CCP Dissident Guo Wengui/Miles Guo Implodes Their Own Case Against Him

A new document from the U.S. government in their case against New Federal State of China founder Guo Wengui (also known as Miles Guo and Miles Kwok) unintentionally blows massive holes in their own case that Guo’s wealth was the result of fraud.

Southern District of New York (SDNY) prosecutors allege that Guo has stolen over $1 billion, which they claim is from the following sources; $452 million raised from sales of GTV stock, $150 million was through “Himalaya Farm Alliance,” $250 million from “GClubs,” and $262 million from Himalaya Exchange, for a total of $1.14 billion.

The SDNY has a clear bias against Guo, and has fought to deny him bail after easily letting out the disgraced FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried earlier this year. As a result, Guo has remained behind bars since his arrest on March 15th.

Yet, the documents on the seizure of Guo’s assets show that all the money is accounted for. And if all the money is there – how was there a fraud? While Guo has undoubtedly lived a luxurious life, this further proves that’s owed to his successful business career.

According to this recent court ruling, a total of $633,661,126 in cash was seized from bank accounts is listed in the filing (technically $719,561,015 in seized funds are listed – however one account appears to be incorrectly listed twice because the government is too incompetent to proofread their legal filings). They also seized his home in Mahwah, which was bought for $26 million.

This is in addition to $539 million that has been seized by the SEC.

In other words, the SDNY alleges a fraud of $1.14 billion – and more than that amount, $1.17 billion in cash, has been seized from Guo. It is also important to note here that the Government is intent on forfeiting all of the $1.17 billion – taking it by brute force from citizens – instead of giving it back to investors. The reason New York prosecutors want his money is simple – so they can use it to fund their own office and further their corrupt witch hunts.

This raises the obvious question of how the money could’ve been embezzled when it’s all accounted for. It goes without saying that the reason a fraudster would fraudulently raise money would be to spend it – and while prosecutors have pointed to Guo’s lifestyle, which includes ownership of numerous luxury properties and cars, as supposed evidence of this happening – but we now know that can’t possibly be the case. Prosecutors allege, for example, that the aforementioned Mahwah home was purchased with stolen funds – but you’d expect a cash deficit of at least $26 million if that were the case. The prosecution is similarly sloppy in other allegations, such as claiming that a boat purchased by Guo’s daughter in 2014 called The Lady May was purchased with stolen funds – for a fraud that the prosecutors themselves didn’t allege begin until 2018! The same is the case of Guo’s Sherry-Netherland Penthouse, which was purchased in 2015, before the alleged fraud.

SFSU athletic director: ‘Common mistake’ to think men have physical advantages over women

You have to hand it to San Francisco State University — they’re really trying.

In the wake of swimmer and “Save Women’s Sports” activist Riley Gaines’ appearance at the school at which she was physically assaulted and essentially held hostage by an unruly crowd of political opponents, school officials and far-left activists would have you deny reality.

First, SFSU Vice President for Student Affairs Jamillah Moore sent out a memo thanking activists for “peacefully” taking part in the anti-Gaines protest … and even called them “brave.”

Then, the president of the SFSU student government said that Gaines was at fault for her assault and the screaming protesters due to her “hateful rhetoric.” Indeed, Karina Zamora also pinned blame on the campus police for their “confrontational behavior.”

Now, the SFSU athletic director has joined the fray saying she doesn’t understand what Gaines’ problem is in the first place — that it’s a “common mistake to believe people might have a competitive advantage due to their physical abilities.”

StephanieShrieve-Hawkins (pictured), who according to her faculty page has “over 20 years of experience in collegiate athletics,” said that “some athletes can see competition as an enhancer of negative thoughts against trans people, making some forget about other issues like inclusivity,” Golden Gate Xpress reports.

“You wouldn’t see this with dancers or any other thing that’s physical,” she said. “It’s just with this athletics [perspective], we live in this society that’s so competitive.”

Shrieve-Hawkins added “You’ll notice that especially transgender male to female is the one that people are focusing most on because it’s a gender bias in a way as well. So what does that say about women, that women aren’t strong?”

The Xpress report notes SFSU Athletics’s DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) statement reads in part:

Organizations are enhanced by achieving greater diversity. We strive to embrace diversity in it all its forms: culture, identity, life experience, background, abilities, status, and perspectives. White House says racism cost US $16 trillion since 2000

Former Obama national security adviser Susan Rice claimed closing ‘racial gaps’ would boost GDP by $5 trillion

Anti-black racism has cost the US $16 trillion since 2000, White House Domestic Policy Council chief Susan Rice told Al Sharpton’s racial justice advocacy group National Action Network on Wednesday.

“The US had a GDP shortfall of $16 trillion due to discrimination against black Americans” between 2000 and 2020, Rice, who was shortlisted for the vice president post in President Joe Biden’s cabinet but passed over for Kamala Harris, told the audience.

“If we closed our racial gaps, we could add another $5 trillion to GDP over just the next 5 years,” she continued, without elaborating on what was meant by “racial gaps.”

Reassuring cheering onlookers this was “not my math,” Rice attributed the claims to Citibank, which published a report in 2020 titled “Closing the Racial Inequality Gaps; The Economic Cost of Black Inequality in the US.”

The Citi report claimed that “closing the black wage gap could have added $2.7 trillion in income available for consumption or investment,” while “facilitating easy access to higher education for black students could have increased lifetime incomes $90-$113 billion.” Meanwhile, “improving access to housing credit might have added an additional 770,000 black homeowners,” equating to $218 billion in spending, it continued.

Most impressively – according to Citi – simply “providing fair and equitable lending to black entrepreneurs might have resulted in the creation of an additional $13 trillion in business revenue and potentially created 6.1 million jobs per year.” The statistics are sourced to “Citi Research,” with no further discussion of their origins.

Continuing her speech at Sharpton’s event, Rice called for the audience to “stand together in defense of facts, truth and history,” warning that “we’re seeing bans on innocuous children’s books just because they feature prominently black or brown characters” and “black history erased from our classrooms and textbooks.”

“Make no mistake, those who are doing this are trying to tell us that we do not count, that we do not matter, and that perhaps we should not exist,” the former Obama national security adviser declared, without going into detail on who that might be.

Citi’s report recommended that the government “provide guaranteed wages, income and jobs” in order to close the “racial gaps.” While urging the government to beef up the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, an authority tasked with protecting against racial discrimination in hiring, the bank also called on corporations to favor racially diverse candidates in seeming violation of the EEOC, describing this as “the right thing to do.”
