Baker who just handed off, if you are still reading, I handed off to you, you made me nervous because you didn't handoff correctly - then you never said a thing the whole rest of the bread.

I was checking the catalog over & over for a new bread and almost e-baked.

Just saying this to say that you improved quite a bit over the course of your bakes, Great Job.

So I went back looking for the posts that they were directing you to (cause I followed the bake all the way to handoff) and they are gone.
