As retarded as it sounds, I believe this is just an intentional leak that will serve to: (1) defuse Ukraine in the public's mind - admit defeat without admitting defeat; (2) serve as an excuse/basis for even more fed tyranny/censorship; (3) serve as a basis to blame the defeat in Ukraine on the leaker and the alt right - pentagon becomes the victim

since the pentagon is one big tranny, they might just pull it off!
