all MILAIR OCONUS (to include AF1) requests must be approved by the host nation in advance for RON, Overflight, and Landing.
Lead time varies per host nation for approval.
Once approved, a DCN (Diplomatic Clearance Number) is attached to your flight plan.
tail number and callsign must match request.
the host nation will turn you around at the FIR if your paperwork is not straight.
basically, you can't play with call signs overseas and the host nation doesn't give a fug who is on the plane.
