Disney's connection to Epstein Island and God knows what else is the most plausible reason why they are (forced into) running their company into the ground.
I think this is an example of what a deal looks like in exchange for leniency. Patriots are using Disney as a woke battering ram to break through a large portion of the public's wall of apathy.
