I suggest multiple board so that there isn't a single point of corruption that makes the board a rubber stamp.
and when an electin seems faked, and numbers seem false, the locals should be able to cacaus and select their own person or people for the offices, and if they have more than 50 % of registered voters . . . then that person should be seated.
also a legislator's 'power' in a legislature should be based upon the number of registered voters he recieved.
so that distrcits that are all non voting foreigners would have less power in the legislature.
and non citizens should be distributed evenly through out all districts, or simply ignored by the redistricting committees so that districts dont' consist of most aliens and then controlled by some small local group who have no political competition.
and foreigners should still be able to vote: but only for legislators who council the legislature, non voting advisors for the rights of those people, so that they at least have a voice.
just some ideas that I'm spit balling. Of course it would all need to be thought through.
my main idea is that 50.0001 % should not be allowed to have a tyranny agasint the rest.
and those who candidates never win deserve a voice anyway.
if my candidate loses, I should be able to chose someone else as my legislator.
so that would mean that legislators would have less power if fewer people give them a proxy.
that would basically end the tyranny of the marxists dominating legislatures and saying 'tough, ha ha'
