Anon has studied the "state national" stuff, some (nowhere near an expert).
David Lester Straight has said that President Trump followed the state national process in 2008.
Anon does know the three "levels" of law, L A W, Land Air Water. The highest law is air; the next lowest is land; and the lowest (since water always finds a level i.e. it fills in from the lowest point, upwards) is water.
We are "trapped" in Admiralty Law, which is the law of the sea; water-based law.
We can move ourselves into the law of the land; or the law of the air; through our actions, words, and deeds.
Anon is really intrigued, wants to learn more.

If President Trump has freed himself from the shackles of the corporation? Then yes, he has placed himself "above the law of the sea"!
Nobody is above the law of the land or the air.
Everybody is above the law of the tyrants who convince us to act in opposition to our best interests; we just need to learn it, which takes a while especially with government involvement in our schooling.
