Theory as to the 4-6% that are "forever lost":

That number respresnts the total amount of psychopaths and sociopaths in the world.

Psychopathy IIRC is genetic. They are 1-2% of the global population.

Sociopathy can be induced (environmental). They take up 2-4% of the global population.

In other things, something honestly bugs me about the term "concern fag". It's a patriot's duty to be vigilant for any signs of trouble is it not? Like how its a watchdog's job to bark whenever it senses something wrong.

Anyone care to explain?
