UN Wants to Decriminalize Sex Between Minors and Adults

The United Nations discreetly issued a report in March encouraging members of the UN to decriminalize sex between minors and adults.

The report is titled “The 8 March Principles for a Human Rights-Based Approach to Criminal Law Proscribing Conduct Associated with Sex Reproduction, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty.”

On page 22 of the report, the UN states, “With respect to the enforcement of criminal law, any prescribed minimum age of consent to sex must be applied in a non-discriminatory manner. Enforcement may not be linked to the sex/gender of participants or age of consent to marriage.”

The report continues, “Moreover, sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual in fact, if not in law.”.

‘Build-a-Bear’ is Selling Drag Queen Teddy Bears.

Children’s toy store Build-a-Bear is selling RuPaul-themed drag queen teddies in a supposedly adults-only section of its website dubbed the ‘Bear Cave’.

The RuPaul Bear Gift Set features a teddy wearing a blonde wig, the garish lipstick and eyeshadow synonymous with the drag scene, with a gold sequin dress and heels.

Drag queens have become a key battleground in the Western culture wars in recent years, as leftist activists increasingly insist that it is vital to expose children to often highly-sexualised drag performances from the cradle to college, in venues including schools and public libraries.

RuPaul Charles, 62, is perhaps the most recognizable drag queen worldwide, with his RuPaul’s Drag Race television show spawning multiple spin-offs and hosting the likes of Justin Trudeau, who used an appearance on its Canadian iteration to promote diversity and mass migration.

Build-a-Bear’s drag queen teddy is not aimed at children, being sold on an adults-only section of its website most parents are likely unaware of, dubiously titled ‘The Bear Cave’.

The Bear Cave is easily accessible from Build-a-Bear’s main website, however, with potential customers merely having to click its logo at the top of the site to be taken to a page informing them that “[t]he Bear Cave™ is filled with unexpected collabs and unique plush gifts, intended for shoppers 18 and older” and inviting them to click a ‘Continue’ button if they wish to proceed.

Much of the content in the ‘Cave’ actually seems likely to appeal to minors, including bears based on the Star Wars, DC Comics, Marvel franchises, and children’s movie The Night Before Christmas.

“Mama Ru makes her debut on the Build-A-Bear mainstage in the form of the first-ever RuPaul Bear!” the Bear Cave declares proudly of its RuPaul offering, in language which appears to imply further drag queen teddies are on the way.

“Give our ultra cute RuPaul gifts to surprise any of your friends obsessed with the hit franchise. And remember — if you can’t love yourself, how are you gonna love somebody else?” it adds.

Build-a-Bear was founded and remains headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, with annual revenue in excess of $350 million, as well as employing over 5,000 staff. It’s founder, Maxine Clark, is a Democratic Party donor and sits on the board of the globalist ‘New America’ pressure group, as well as on the board of U.S. state media entity, PBS. New America’s funding comes predominantly from the Ford Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the U.S. State Departm

Build-a-Bear’s decision to partner with the drag queen comes at a time when conservatives are increasingly pushing back against woke corporations pushing 2SLGBTQI+ content. Bud Light, for example, has cost its parent company billions with an “inclusive” campaign centered on transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, while Lego has earned parents’ ire with a campaign promoting various gender identities and adult concepts such as “identify[ing] as pansexual” on social media.

Trump at NRA: ‘Biden Gun Control Agenda’ Weaponizes Government Against the People

While speaking to the NRA’s Leadership Forum on Friday, former president — and current presidential candidate — Donald Trump warned that “Biden’s gun control agenda” will result in a government that is weaponized against law-abiding people.

Trump said, “The Biden gun control agenda is part and parcel of the left-wing crusade to weaponize government against law-abiding citizens.”

He noted that while Biden’s gun controls suppress the law-abiding citizen’s ability to exercise the Second Amendment, criminals are allowed to roam free and the controls do not prevent them from acting on their criminal desires.

Trump observed, “[The left is] letting criminals roam free, they’re all over the place. I’ve never seen anything like it. You’re afraid to walk through one of these Democrat cities, you go out for a loaf of bread and you end up getting shot.”

He added, “As president, I will end the weaponization of our government.”

During Friday’s speech, Trump also pledged to create a tax credit for teachers who take the training to carry concealed for classroom defense.

Police State: German Govt Seeks Power to Ban Social Media Accounts over ‘Digital Violence’

The German government is looking to grant powers to courts to block the social media accounts of citizens who engage in ‘digital violence’.

Earlier this week, the Federal Ministry of Justice called for the creation of a “law against digital violence” under which German courts could ban social media accounts of individual users and even force companies to unmask their identity if the account was anonymous.

The proposal would target those who are deemed to be “notorious violators in the digital space”, particularly anonymous trolls, the Tagesschau broadcaster reported.

The ministry said that the drastic measure of a court banning an account should only be taken if other methods, such as censoring an indivdual post, have been exhausted. The government agency went on to say that the state bans should only be put into place for a “reasonable period of time.”

Ulf Buermeyer, a lawyer and chairman of the dubiously named Society for Civil Liberties, celebrated the government’s censorious plans, saying: “Why should you be able to offend someone?”.

Buermeyer argued that the measure was necessary as merely deleting an offensive post has little impact on deterence as it often has spread widely on the internet before being taken down and therefore blocking accounts may be more impactful in preventing such speech

The legislation would come on top of the draconian Network Enforcement Act (NetzDG) in Germany, which already requires social media companies to remove “illegal content” such as hate speech or insults.

Earlier this month, the Federal Ministry of Justice announced that it had opened up legal proceedings against Twitter over alleged failures to censor hate speech and insults on its platform under the NetzDG legislation, which carries with it a potential fine of up to 50 million euros.

“The Internet is not a law-free space,” Justice Minister Marco Buschmann said. “Platforms must not simply accept it if their services are misused to distribute criminal content.”

Germany is home to some of the strictest speech codes in the Western world, with it being illegal in the country — on penalty of up to two years in prison — to “violate the human dignity” of others by “insulting, maliciously maligning or defaming a group defined by its national, racial, religious or ethnic origin, ideology, disability or sexual orientation.”

Thousands of Anti-Govt Protesters Rally in Prague Against Soaring Inflation, Support for Ukraine War

Thousands of people rallied again in the Czech capital on Sunday to protest high inflation and demand the government´s resignation.

It was the second such rally at Prague´s Wenceslas Square after one on March 11 that was organized by a new political party known as PRO under an “against the poverty” banner.

The demonstrators, speakers at the protest and the head of the populist group, Jindrich Rajchl, blamed the European Union and the Czech government for soaring inflation and all repeatedly called on the current five-party coalition to resign.

“We want the government’s resignation,” Rajchl told the crowd. Rajchl, a lawyer by profession, is the former deputy head of the Czech soccer association.

“Resign, resign,” the protesters chanted.

“We’re here to stand by our country,” Rajchl said.

His group, whose name in English stands for Law, Respect, Expertise has no seats in parliament.

Rajchl claimed his group was ready to further escalate the protests.

Inflation has been high but on the decline in recent months, dropping to 15% in March, down from 16.7% in February and 17.5% the month before.

Lt. Col. Vindman Admitted Leaking Documents Meant To Help Dems Impeach Trump—Never Served Time, While 21-Yr-Old Jack Teixeira Was Arrested For The Same Crime

Alleged Pentagon document leaker Jack Teixeira was arrested Thursday and, according to Attorney General Merrick Garland, is now being investigated for the “alleged unauthorized removal, retention, and transmission of classified national defense information.”

In 2019, Lt. Colonel Alexander Vindman admitted while being questioned by the House Intelligence Committee Tuesday that he had leaked information to an anti-Trump whistleblower at the center of the Democrats’ partisan impeachment proceedings of President Donald Trump. Vindman attempted to provide talking points to Trump prior to his “infamous” Ukraine phone call and then leaked a mischaracterization of the call afterward. Vindman was directly confronted by California Rep. Devin Nunes. Nunes asked:

“Lieutenant Colonel Vindman, did you discuss the July 25 phone call with anyone outside the White House on July 25 or the 26, and if so, with whom?”

“Yes. I did,” Vindman responded.

Vindman was pressed about the details and asked who he spoke with regarding the phone call. Vindman said he talked with two individuals who were not in the White House. Vindman was asked to provide the names of the people he had spoken with but was cut off by then-Democratic Chair Adam Schiff.

“We need to protect the whistleblower. Please stop. I want to make sure that there is no effort to out the whistleblower through these proceedings. If the witness has a good faith belief that this may reveal the identity of the whistleblower, that is not the purpose that we’re here for. I want to advise the witness accordingly.”

Vindman was accused of leaking national security information but never served jail time.. One Twitter user made it clear that he believes there is a two-tiered system of justice in place. He said, “Despite destabilizing a Commander-in-Chief and helping provoke a war in Ukraine,” Vindman now goes on chat shows. Whereas Jack Teixeira leaked information showing how the government is lying to you and the world, I’m furtherance of those wars. He’s in a cell now.

Biden administration inhibiting 'Operation Warp Speed' for antivirals, former CDC director says

U.S. needs "enormous redundancy in trying to develop new platform antiviral therapeutic products," but administration is shutting out the private sector, Dr. Robert Redfield says.

The Biden administration is throttling a necessary "Operation Warp Speed" for antiviral treatments for COVID-19 and other viruses, former CDC Director Robert Redfield told "Just the News, No Noise" in a wide-ranging interview.

The Trump administration delivered COVID-19 vaccines years faster than the National Institutes of Health predicted by enlisting the private sector and military — an approach President Biden has rejected, leaving the U.S. woefully unprepared for an even bigger pandemic, the retired U.S. Army virologist warned.

"NIH argued 'Give us the $15 billion'" to make COVID vaccines and is now arguing it can do the same for antivirals with $2-3 billion, which is "one of the problems I have with the current administration," Dr. Redfield said. "They don't respect the private sector and the private sector's ability to make an impact."

In the fourth year of COVID, "we have one effective antiviral that most physicians would use," Redfield said, referring to Pfizer's Paxlovid, which he recommends taking for confirmed infections. "That's terrible."

He called for "enormous redundancy in trying to develop new platform antiviral therapeutic products," which will then require a far more robust "manufacturing capability" than the U.S. now has. Redfield is a "strategic advisor" to Linear Therapies, whose platform technology can make an antiviral for "any RNA virus" within a couple months, he said.

The U.S. remains "totally underinvested" in the necessary "real-time data" infrastructure to deal with pandemics, he said, with Congress appropriating only $300 million of the $25 billion he requested for upgrades when he took over the CDC in 2018. "I tell people my own hospital system invested a billion."

Unlike the U.S., South Korea "immediately met their diagnostic needs" early in COVID, thanks to a partnership the country had built with diagnostic companies years earlier in response to MERS, according to Redfield.

While he's a big booster of COVID vaccines for vulnerable groups such as the elderly and those with severe comorbidities, Redfield is highly critical of officials in both the Trump and Biden administrations for squelching an "honest public debate" on both COVID origins and public health response.

Yellen: US Dollar Global Hegemony Could Be Undermined by Western Sanctions

The US Treasure secretary also insisted that no country in the world, other than the United States, has the “institutional infrastructure that would enable its currency to serve the world” like the US dollar.

More than a year after the United States and its allies imposed numerous economic sanctions against Russia over the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, US Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen has stated the obvious: the sanctions may threaten the hegemony of the US dollar, the world’s reserve currency.

"There is a risk when we use financial sanctions that are linked to the role of the dollar that over time it could undermine the hegemony of the dollar," she said during an interview with a US media outlet.

Yellen, however, claimed that the US dollar is “used as a global currency for reasons that are not easy for other countries to find an alternative with the same properties."

She went on to boast that, other than the United States, there is no other country in the world that has the basic “institutional infrastructure that would enable its currency to serve the world” like the US dollar, and that sanctions are still an “extremely important tool.”

When asked during the interview whether Russian assets in the US, which were frozen in the wake of the launch of Russia's special military operation in Ukraine in February 2022, might be appropriated to be used for Ukrainian reconstruction, Yellen claimed that Moscow “should pay for the damages” it has allegedly inflicted upon Ukraine.

She admitted, though, that there are "legal constraints on what we can do with frozen Russian assets, and we're discussing with our partners what might lie in the future."

‘Reign’: New Israeli Spyware Targeting Journalists All Over the World

Real journalism is under attack all over the world. Corporate hacks pushing fake news, censure, economic boycott, deplatforming – there are numerous ways to disrupt the work of the truth tellers of this world.

One of them, of course, is spying on journalists, trying to get some leverage over them, or otherwise finding some kompromat to destroy them.

A report by a Canadian Watchdog has now surfaced that reveals that a new generation of Israeli-made spyware – resembling the notorious Pegasus program – was used to target journalists in several countries.

The spyware and the related exploit – or hacking – software was created by QuaDream Ltd, owned by a former Israeli military official.

The Guardian reports:

“Security experts have warned about the emergence of previously unknown spyware with hacking capabilities comparable to NSO Group’s Pegasus that has already been used by clients to target journalists, political opposition figures and an employee of an NGO.

Researchers at the Citizen Lab at the University of Toronto’s Munk School said the spyware, which is made by an Israeli company called QuaDream, infected some victims’ phones by sending an iCloud calendar invitation to mobile users from operators of the spyware, who are likely to be government clients. Victims were not notified of the calendar invitations because they were sent for events logged in the past, making them invisible to the targets of the hacking. Such attacks are known as “zero-click” because users of the mobile phone do not have to click on any malicious link or take any action in order to be infected.”

While cyberweapons giant NSO Group has faced growing scrutiny, the threat posed by similar and highly sophisticated hacking tools continues to proliferate.

This new hacking tool is marketed under the name ‘Reign’, and the hacking attacks that have been discovered up until now occurred between 2019 and 2021.

A phone infected with Reign, “can record conversations that happen in the proximity of the phone by controlling the phone’s recorder, read messages on encrypted apps, listen to phone conversations, and track a user’s location, according to Citizen Lab. Researchers found Reign can also be used to generate two-factor authentication codes on an iPhone to infiltrate a user’s iCloud account, allowing the spyware operator to exfiltrate data directly from the user’s iCloud.”
