Russia Deploying Weather Warfare in Ukraine

Russia reportedly using weather warfare in Ukraine resulting in an unprecedented record amount of rainfall in the Donbas which is preventing ANY type of Ukrainian counteroffensive due to the saturated, uniquely deep, black earth of the Breadbasket of Europe. By the time the ground dries enough to move its staged armor it will be too late as Russian forces continue to mount and dig in while continuously degrading the opposing Ukrainian forces.
