Yours all meet or exceed what I would do personally. Have you tried Gimp Foreground Select Tool? A little smudge or eraser tool if needed afterward for cleanup? A little hair out of place doesn't show on certain backgrounds; try sliding the background around a bit and see if any hair issue disappears? Just tinker with it until satisfied?
