Anybody else got the feeling that once Fetterman returns, and maybe Feinstein, that two other D senators will disappear for months.
Schumer will never have majority of Senators st senate
Well, not much of a theory, just an observation.
With both Fetterman and Feinstein gone, the Ds did not have a majority, even with Kamala, to do anything. Now, with Fettterman back, tgey have majority with Kamala and they may be able to pass some things, but they can’t approve any judges because Feinstein is on judiciary committee, which votes nominees out of committee to floor for vote.
They are really desperate to get some more radical judges seated before they lose Senate, but Feinstein’s absence won’t let them. And Rs said they won’t approve a replacement for her.
If they lose another senator to illness or whatever, they won’t have majority.
And there are lots of old D Senators that could be next to leave.
Accord the disposable dates, many of those kids are gone.
